> Scafflinq helps scaffold contractors, supervisors and safety teams manage inspections, handovers and scaffold registers across multiple sites. It connects QR-enabled digital Scafftags, iOS and Android mobile apps, and a web portal, giving field teams and the office a shared view of scaffold records.

Make inspections fit your business. Create checklist groups and questions, rename and reorder checks, and set default Yes, No or N/A answers. Updates apply to future inspections without changing completed records. Inspectors use the mobile app to capture photos, record outcomes and signatures, and generate handover certificates. Set minimum photo requirements and configure customer sign-off as hidden, optional or required.

Keep handovers consistent. Add your company logo, header text and acceptance conditions to certificates, and set project recipients for automatic email delivery. Store SWMS, engineering drawings, site procedures and client files within projects for access across logged-in devices. Inspection history and supporting evidence stay connected to the scaffold.

See the whole operation in the Scaffold Register. Admins and managers can review scaffolds across the account, filter by project or other columns, and export to Excel. Records include erection and dismantling dates, on-hire duration, duty category, safety status and last/next inspection dates. For site visibility, download a printable project QR code: anyone can scan it to open the live Site Scaffold Register, including status, inspection dates and handover certificates, without an app or login.

Act on upcoming work. Dashboards show overdue and upcoming inspections, recent results and inspector activity. A project map provides geographic visibility and site summaries, while global search finds projects, scaffolds, inspections and users. Configure inspection intervals, app/email reminders and amber warning periods. Overdue scaffolds automatically display an unsafe status, with a different message from a failed inspection.

Support larger and industrial sites. Additional access tags all open one scaffold record and inspection history. An optional 100% tie-off status communicates conditional use requirements. Configure regional load classes and duty ratings, organise projects by branch, assign inspectors and manage Admin, Manager and Inspector access. Builders and site visitors can scan scaffold tags to check public status and inspection information or report issues with photos.

Scafflinq includes unlimited users, projects and inspections. The first five active tags are free on an ongoing basis; a credit card is required. Standard usage is A$1 per active primary tag per week beyond the free allowance, with additional access tags at A$0.25 per active tag per week. Billing stops when scaffolds are marked dismantled in Scafflinq or access tags are deactivated. Enterprise pricing is available.

Teams can use setup guides, training videos, email and phone support, live online training and onboarding assistance. In-person training is available by arrangement where practical, including travel-funded Enterprise training. Enterprise plans include rollout and priority support.

> **Pros**: The ability to see every single scaffold tag on site and its status. Never need to wait for a builder to call, or update a spreadsheet or take photos of the old scaffold tags. Its basically my to do list for scaffold inspections. Also the fact i can filter to see what tags are about to expire, helps me plan the week.

> **Cons**: What I'd probably like to see is the expiry date of the Scaffold License ticket on the inspectors, so builders have more transparency over the person signing off on the scaffold. I can see the ticket number and registration date of the inspector, but an expiry will help. Even consider an alert or the system NOT letting an inspector sign off once his ticket has expired.
