Buena herramienta!

Es una herramienta que nos ayuda a hacer el trabajo del Demand Planner de una forma más eficiente, por lo que hemos ganado en calidad de trabajo y en efectividad.

Es una herramienta fácil de utilizar y que nos ayuda a llevar una mejor planificación y más controlada.

Cons

Como todas las nuevas implementaciones, ha sido un proceso tedioso, pero se ha hecho fácil con la ayuda del equipo.

Pros

Hemos incorporado Imperia SCP en Quimi Romar para optimizar y mejorar la previsión de la demanda. Con esta herramienta empezamos a incorporar la metodología de trabajo S&OP para aumentar la productividad y competitividad de la empresa dando un salto dentro del proceso de madurez empresarial.

Cons

Todos los aspectos en contra se han ido solucionando.

Cuarto cliente implementando Imperia

La experiencia en general es muy positiva, gracias al talento y flexibilidad y atención a las necesidades particulares del cliente.La nueva versión de SCP Cloud aún siendo una versión joven, es muy avanzada y de gran usabilidad.

Pros

El talento del equipo y la capacidad de acceso a los datos de distintos ERP's. Además de las funcionalidades de MRP, destacaría la capacidad de adaptación del MPS en capacidad finita y con varios niveles de producción e inmumerables rutas de fabricación

Cons

Obviamente, es una empresa joven con mucho talento, pero sin el seniority de otros competidores. El precio también es diferente.

Una experiencia positiva y la cual a ayudado y muy mucho ajustar nuestra cadena de suministro.

Èl acompañamientos que ofrece Imperia tanto en el inicio, puesta en marcha como en el ciclo de vida del uso de su herramienta con reuniones semanales de control.

Cons

La falta de su aplicación en cloud, cosa ya solucionada.
