We use Yodeck at our Acting Academy, in our Lobby, and love it.

It has been a great experience so far. We found it very easy to implement and use.

Pros

What I liked most about Yodeck is its user-friendly interface, which makes it incredibly easy to set up and manage digital signage. The wide range of customizable templates and scheduling options allows for a highly tailored display experience.

Cons

There was some learning curve for our younger staff.

Yodeck experience for local government

The product is great for getting screens up and running and putting content creation in the hands of our users. We have many departments in our organization and it would be too much for one person to manage each of the digital displays. The user-friendliness of the software allows our users to get up and running quickly.

Pros

The user-friendly interface is great! I was able to get screens set up quickly using built-in Tizen players and Yodeck players.

Cons

Some of the content creation can be clunky. There are issues when creating playlists and layouts that resulted in screens defaulting to black until they were rebooted. Also, the website creation portion of the media interface is not clear about where the URL goes until you test it out a few times.

Pros

Streamlining Digital Signage Across Multiple Restaurants with YoDeck

My overall experience with YoDeck has been very positive. It significantly simplifies the process of updating digital signage, which I do on a weekly basis for all six of our restaurants. It's a reliable tool that I'd confidently recommend to anyone in the hospitality industry looking to manage their digital displays with ease.

Pros

The feature I appreciate most about YoDeck is its user-friendly interface and the content scheduling capability. This allows me to seamlessly update and manage digital signage across all our restaurants on a weekly basis, ensuring our promotions and information are current without any hassle.

Cons

As much as YoDeck suits our needs well, I find that there are occasional delays in syncing updates across multiple devices. Although it's not a deal-breaker, quicker synchronization would enhance the overall effectiveness of managing our digital displays.

Building Directory Custom Made

Love it use it everyday. Easy to update and make changes on the fly.

Pros

Ease of use, pricing and capabilites. We needed to build a digital building directory and it was easy with these tools.

Cons

When my internet goes does I lose connectivity but that is more of an ISP problem.
