Then patiently guild you through it to make sure you understand it. Plus you can review a video if you need to go back to what you learn. > > **Cons**: The back end (desktop) is easier to use. The Zentrade app can get better on navigation , but I have to understand that it is on a smaller screen. I would like to have more control on deleting mistake tickets. Maybe a special edit icon you click before you delete the mistake tickets. Once you click is special edit icon, you assume your action. > > The customer service are super great. They take there time to understand you. The energy over our zoom calls are pleasant and enjoyable. I feel the Zentrade team helps you with any needs. Instead of voice/chat automation, they have a person to help you.
