> **Pros**: They were very meticulous from every aspect. Not only pertaining to the software but also ensuring that the data received from the previous vendor is verified.

> **Cons**: Well it is not a bad thing at all but i had to get used to them doing everything for me, unlike some other vendors who charge higher but require you to input everything yourself.

> It was pleasant. All i had to do was sit back and relax and they were handling everything. Ad my clinic model is diffeent from the typical clinic, they would always communicate with me to ensure that what they were doing was in line with what i required.
