It also allowed me to keep my personal cell ported so when I return I could really use that same number. > > **Cons**: The software itself, the interface is kind of Kludgy. You had to stumble through it to figure out how to use it. The instructions for use were not the most helpful. Additionally, there was no live support. You were forced to wade through there documentation, which was not always the most helpful. It was learn as you go. Since they’re a communications company, a communications software firm, You would think that they’d have live customer support so you can ask a question and they could help you set up the account appropriately and get the best understanding of their product. They do not have this. I think not having actual staff to talk to is the biggest downfall for this product > > Overall, the software was OK and it was reasonably priced. I just wish that they would offer more support in terms of setting up your account and transitioning your number over. And by support I mean live customer service to help you. Afterwards I wrote Tossable the following: “Everything has finally been resolved with Visible and my number has been successfully ported out of Tossable. But more than that, I wanted to let you know that PJ was a lifesaver. PJ was the only person who took my request seriously and took the time to really look into what was going wrong. I related to Visible what PJ explained was the cause of the problem, and I suspect that was what finally got Visible to accept responsibility for the hold up and fix it. PJ is the person responsible for making this port a success. And overall, my husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the Tossable service while we were overseas. It worked perfectly to get emails every time a phone call or text was received on our US numbers, and the service was ridiculously inexpensive for what we received. You preserved our numbers for us so that when we returned to the US, we could reactivate them, but also provided us a great service in being able to receive authentication codes, etc. when we had to manage business online from overseas. What an awesome service\! Thank you to your whole team, especially PJ, and we hope your business becomes a huge success.
