There's no native app, my staff has had a few issues logging in, checklists aren't as intuitive to use as I thought they would  be. Having said  that, \[sensitive content hidden\] is super responsive and I trust  that all of this will improve quickly.

> **Cons**: Nothing that can't be fixed, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always happy to help us out. One thing would be great is ability to more easily add tasks that apply to all sites (as we are multisite) rather than having to duplicate the task - but I am sure this is on the way\!

Like any new system being introduced to a team of 70 people who are used to something else, there has been a changeover process but it's been a good and positive one and as it's easy to use people have taken to it quickly.  So far we just use the compliance/checklists side so can't comment on the rota system but looks good.
