Awesome product and even better support!
Overall, we could not do our job without Sideviews Cisco CDR Reporting without having to have to purchase multiple products. Alerting and reporting and trouble shooting needs all in one product.
Pros
The main thing was fact that it did not need to come with a big price tag. Easy to setup and use and it meets the needs of both IT and our EU's reporting needs.
Cons
Do not really have any complaints at this time, maybe just for info.

SideView = Money
Pros
The Cisco CDR Reporting tool is something you didn't know you needed until you have it. Prior to this tool calls were basically a black void that we would have to muddle around in endless txt files provided by RTMT. The only real way to extrapolate data was from sitting on a call with Cisco TAC, or worse yet, not hearing from TAC for weeks.
CCDRR&A puts the power in the hands of those that crucially need it and can provide instantly valuable data to the troubleshooters and decision makers in a matter of seconds. I wouldn't be able to do my job if it wasn't for this tool.
Cons
I'm not sure I can speak to this, because I think I'm only utilizing half of its potential.

Top level support especially for how little we spend for CDR/Canary
Getting call data out of Cisco CAR requires training. I was able to start using CDR reporting immediately
Pros
The customer support is top tier. It isn't needed often but when I have reached out for an issue it was responded to promptly and with resolution. Even resolved an issue that wasn't caused by CDR.
Cons
Not a complaint with CDR but with Splunk not having a lower data level that would be less expensive.
