As well as invoicing - the whole process of it namely from sending to sending reminders to following up and linking payment to booked classes and so on. > > **Cons**: The least likely part was that we had to learn all staff to work with it as for 10 years we had been working with a regular shared excel sheet and it took us some time to get all staff members acquainted with this system. > > It took us a long time to finally decide to get onboard but now we can not be happier and we wished we took the decision a long time ago\! Admins had control of invoicing, scheduling and follow up in one place. Students were able to take control of their own scheduling and teachers can manage their own calendars which saved manpower. We had a dedicated WhatsApp chat with the support team which made it easy for us to ask questions. The \[sensitive content hidden\] is very hands-on and they are constantly making improvements and rolling out new features. > > **Cons**: It had a bit of a learning curve in the beginning and some bugs that had to be resolved, but their team did a great job on helping us through the initial phase.
