It was hit or miss whether I'd have a reliable conversation or not. Too many instances of "hello? hello are you there?" where I would have to hang up and call back from my personal phone. > > Getting my business line set up was a breeze, support and install was great. Even when I had issues, the support was great and handled quickly. Messaging was difficult. Hard to organize the messages, I couldn't save the number as a "contact", so instead of having a listing of recognizable names to browse through the messages, it's only their associated numbers. There's no search function in the messaging platform to easily find conversations you want to re-visit.
