Great tool for People Ops
Pros
Ability to automate celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries), automate coffee chat social channel, create templates for introductions to get to know new hires - it really makes is easier on me rather than having to manually remember or track each thing.
Cons
I honestly can't think of much missing, it has everything we need. Doesn't really provide analytics on which features are being used/adopted, but on the current free tier right now we don't care about this piece as much. Would probably want robust analytics once we surpass the # of users for the free tier to see if it's worth keeping around.
