> **Pros**: it's user friendly, allows custom fields, as well as alerts, the patient pre-registration form. There is audit of modified documentation.

> **Cons**: lack of templates where clinic letters can directly be done on the platform, lack of preview of uploaded file, uploading a file allows very limited text, space is limited in general - I think 1gb per user. 
Lack of pages, instead patients with long history require scrolling and loading of previous contacts. 
lack of automatic signature, it does not communicate with GP spine or other records, or NHS services

> **Pros**: Very easy to create, use and share patient records with my team, while knowing that all the data is protected and secure. The customizable templates are intuitive and time-saving, plus allow me to attach photos where necessary which is really helpful.
