Webex Suite: Powerful but with Room for Improvement
Pros
The thing I enjoyed most about Webex Suite is that it amalgamates all the must-have collaboration tools under one umbrella, from meetings and messaging to calling and webinars. The quality of video and audio, absolutely top-notch, will leave you without any halts even during low-bandwidth situations. Indeed, such features as real-time transcription, background noise cancellation, and AI-driven insights make each and every meeting more productive and less stressful.
This includes virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, and in-meeting reactions. It is quite user-friendly and works rather great across devices on desktop, mobile, or even tablets. Analytics and reporting features also enable tracking of meeting performance, which is also very useful for team leads.
Cons
While Webex Suite enjoys many great features, there are some things where it fell short. First of all, the user interface, although functional, is tired-looking and not as intuitively designed as other platforms. In certain areas, such as scheduling meetings or sending offers for breakout rooms, it can take up too much time.
The experience on the mobile app is less refined than that of the desktop; features are also harder to access, and the performance could be spotty at times. For a small team, such drawbacks could make the price more on the steeper side.

WebEx Suite: What's Not to Like! You Should Give it a Try!
So far, I like Webex when I want to collaborate with other team members and share my workspace. Overall, I have Webex installed on my MacBook Pro. It is one of my goto virtual streaming platforms and I like it because I don't often have an connectivity issues.
Pros
Webex is a video stream platform whereas I can hold virtual meetings. I like that it is we browser based and you can log into the application anywhere. It almost reminds me of Zoom but its 10x better. It has lots of options and tools you can use. I like the high-quality audio/video feature. You can collaborate with your team members and create virtual whiteboards, and you can split into breakout rooms.
Cons
What I like least about the Webex platform is that if you are not use to all the options and features in the portal. It can seem overwhelming at first, but like any new application there is always a learning curve.

Good for VS with many people in the same office, otherwise not so...
...would like our company to switch to MS Teams, but because of the "vendor lock-in" of the VS-rooms it's not possible.
What it can do good: VC with MANY people who are in the same office.
Pros
Integration with other Cisco hardware like video conference room equipment
Cons
The windows desktop client - especially the window handling in meetings. If you have 2+ monitors it is sometimes just stupid and it does not remember what you did set up last time...

Digital Communication Skills
It allows professional and compelling communication that makes the interaction almost natural, more favorite than face-to-face communication with geographical limitations of communication channels while enjoying high reliability.
Pros
Its virtual meeting technology enables high definition both video and audio with very little lag; the integrated webinar allows complex features, for instance, period of time voting, shared screens, and other features of engaging participants.
Cons
Limited choices are available when it comes to branding the interface of webinars. Jurisdiction over privacy issues related to third-party app integration is complicated. Limited the use of artificial intelligence for measuring the level of participation of attendees in a webinar.

Transforming my business!
In this regard, Webex Suite has signified enabler of the organizational communication and efficiency enhancement in our company. For this reason, we have been able to address issues more promptly and in the process, enhanced on efficiency and responsiveness to customers.
Pros
The two aspects I enjoy the most about Webex Suite are its simplicity and its availability of the many tools. Even the simplest function such as video conference or sharing files in real-time are just designed in a way that even someone who is not background computer literate can use it.
Cons
At the same, however, I will also state that it took me somewhat of a time to become familiar with all the things the software has to offer in terms of function and addition. Thanks to the customer service that you provide it made it easier for me to handle my concernsphp echo. WebEx sets the standard for meeting software
I love WebEx. It would be my choice for meeting software. Easy for end users to participate in meetings.
Pros
I loved WebEx. I would have to host meetings with people from as many as three or four different organizations (clients, vendors, partners, etc.) and WebEx made it super easy for all the invitees to join from wherever they were.
Cons
Although it was ideal when everyone had the computer app installed, on occasion, some users would have to join via browser window, but that only took a few moments to resolve itself.

Inferior to Microsoft Teams
Pretty bad. I only use it because it's the main meeting product at my client, but I would always prefer Microsoft Teams.
Pros
The fact that you can have a 'personal space' that people can join. That is a nice touch.
Cons
Everything else. Sound quality is bad, I can't mute other people, it doesn't automatically grab my system mic and webcam.
