Visual Workflow Integration with Trello
Trello is a very intuitive and flexible way to manage the design tasks and also the design team's work in general; its visual approach to project management helps clarity and team alignment, so it’s a very cool way to organize design flows, work on the team, and keep on time for the project.
Pros
Trello stands out with something like custom Kanban boards that make visual task management a reality; Power-Ups so you can keep customizing and integrating additional functionality; and a variety of third party tools. By visual dashboards, Trello allows management of design tasks and timelines effectively; it allows the remaining of lines of communication and monitoring of team progress.
Cons
Complex project tracking still has limited reporting and analytics capability, as well as the absence of embedded time tracking for accurate project estimation.

Trello as a second-brain platform
I have used Trello at many workplaces and environments and it has been found to help me be more effective at tracking my personal to-do lists as well as project-based tasks in addition to wider-ranging initiatives.
Overall, it helps serve as a second brain in many ways.
Pros
Trello is a web-based project/task-management system enabling collaboration amongst teams. It can also be used individually to track both workflows as well as individual items within projects. This serves both vertical and horizontal project management perspectives. It is very easy to use and helps one track many projects across many workstreams.
Cons
There is little to dislike about Trello. The tool is effective at helping one maximize their throughput.

Trello Review
Pros
Trello's got a visual interface, which is ace for visualizing my sales pipeline and keeping track of leads.
Cons
It's missing some of the grunt I need to automate tasks, like sending follow-up emails or getting detailed reports. And the contact management could be a bit more robust, too.

It's my Trello, and I need it now!
I used it for 3 months every day. It's a great tool for task management, and the price for full access is comparable to its competitors like Todoist or Microsoft Planner.
Pros
The navigation through the software, the compartmentalization of the how the tasks are set up. I also liked the accessibility settings. I was able to change the theme and background and really make it my own.
Cons
I had to pay for full access. Most task management tools are similar in that aspect. I felt with Trello, there was less offered on the front end, and more offered on the back end for full access, compared to its competitors.

Feasible and Proactive Project Management at Finger Tips
Overall, a great Project management tool to manage projects efficiently for Individual Contributors as well as Team Collaborations. Best thing, it provides the visibility and authoritative freedom to work on projects and move them to in-progress or completion status in real time providing super quick and efficient timeline to other parties involved.
Pros
This software is a great project management tool to manage multiple projects or a parent project with sub-projects/tasks within the main domain being managed at once that too with great eased and visibility power.
Cons
The customization is too limited and gets confusing for simple things. There needs to be too many human touches to create a simple workflow.

Easy to use, simple design interface, fun to use and better than similar apps, e.g. Teams, Slack and others. For a free tool, what's not to like? 10/10 from me.

Great simple task management software
Overall our experience has been positive, only teams with complex tasks can demand more from their task management sofware, but simple tasks can benefit from this tool.
Pros
It as easy to use and intuitive tool. Using different boards and sharing them with the needed team members so everybody is up to date.
App design is preety straightforward. Great tool for remote working.
Cons
There is no great room for automation or task programation. Personalization is limited, so in some scenarios maybe you can need another tool as an add-on
Reasons for Switching to Trello
In this scenario Trello had a better fit, as the tasks involved would not require a complex management system. (We needed something easy to implement and learn to use)- Industry: Professional Training & Coaching

Trello is the epitome of a user-friendly tool for managing your projects.
Overally, I highly regard Trello for its intuitive interface, flexible functionality and robust collaboration features. More, so its ease of use, accessibility and effectiveness in enhancing productivity and teamwork makes it a product I would readily recommend to anyone who needs to get started
Pros
Promotes teamwork through its collaboration tools and it is mostly free. Additionally, its Kanban boards can be employed as a receptacle for many people's responsibilities, allowing you to view every action they complete on just one board.
Cons
The free version is somewhat limited however it can be upgraded. Also even the upgraded version has some limitations in dealing with advanced automated tasks that I handle

A Card Above The Rest
Makes managing multiple projects with moving parts and more than one team member involved easy to manage. It's also free, which is great for any startup trying to get organized with a small or large remote or office team.
Pros
I enjoy the card based system Trello makes use of. The WYSWYG design function is beneficial to even novice users - you can move things how you see fit without major processes involved. I also enjoy the customizability. You can use Trello anyway you want. If you have a chaotic but effective process, you can make it your own. If you're extremely organized - it's perfect for that, too.
Cons
Slight learning curve because it's so open. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty useful. Also, their sale to Atlassian kind of mucked things up. I didn't like Jira when originally searching for an Asana replacement. The sale also messed up customer support for a bit.
Reasons for Choosing Trello
Asana was nice from an individual summary standpoint, but became a bit convoluted when you needed to see things from a macro level. I found it very effective if I was a cog in the wheel, but if I was managing the wheel, I felt a little lost.Switched From

Trello is a Lifesaver!
In HR, our processes are extensive. With multiple people touching the same onboarding, termination, promotion, driver qualification, FMLA case, workers' compensation case, etc., Trello has become a critical part of our daily lives as it allows us to stay organized and see, in real time, who completed which tasks, and when. We essentially use our Trello checklists like "cheat sheets" for many of our processes.
Pros
The cards, templates, and checklists are definitely my favorite features in Trello. Our team can stay organized and see, in real-time, which tasks are outstanding and which user they are assigned to. We can also organize different card types into categories. Our dashboard shows us, at a glance, what projects we're working on. For example, if we have a new hire, they will have their own Trello checklist with a set of steps that apply to all new hires. If a step doesn't apply to them, we can delete it without affecting the main template card, which includes all possible steps for a new hire.
Cons
There are only two things I can think of that would make Trello even better. (1) The ability to add line breaks to steps would make them easier to read. (2) The ability to make mass edits to multiple cards at once (i.e., verbiage updates for a step) would save me a lot of time.

Good basic tool for tracking projects and tracks.
Overall, Trello is a good option for keeping track of projects, tasks, and resources. The free version is a little less powerful than other similar software but it's still a good tool.
Pros
I like that it's easy to arrange projects and tasks and to collaborate with team members.
Cons
I don't like that there's not an easy task to do list based on deadlines, at least not in the free version.

Huge Trello Fan
I set up Trello boards for my clients so that I can submit my work on one board, they can review my work on the next board and then move it to approved. It helps me streamline and keep track of all of my work for my marketing clients.
Pros
I love the Kanban style of Trello. I've used the platform for years because I enjoy that method of organization.
Cons
The only con of Trello is the pricing. I was using it for my large team but then they changed the pricing and they were going to charge me per member so I cancelled it for my organization and just kept it for personal use.

Intuitive & effective tool to stay on track with all your projects
Have used Trello for years in different jobs as well as for personal projects. It's a lovely tool and it really helps me stay focused and get things done.
Pros

Cons

Most valueable member of a Team
Trello is a simple-looking but powerful tool that offers great service. Its customer services are also appreciable. If anyone wants a strong but simple tool to complete their projects, Trello is the best choice for them. It will boost up your productivity and make your work done so easily.
Pros
Trello offers custom background. I found it more fun to use in my cards. Customization background as I make my card more convenient and look interesting and attractive to others. I love this feature and makes my work more visually appealing.
Cons
As a user, I face challenges while exporting files from Trello. It becomes more challenging while exporting files in a structured format. It is so annoying as it takes quiet an effort and kills valuable time. They should take a look at it.

Exceptional
Overall good price most definitely will use again.
Pros
Trello's convenience is quite possibly of the most compelling motivation it's on our rundown of the best venture the board apparatuses. It's more or less instinctive, making an extraordinary answer for more modest groups searching for an easy decision arrangement. Indeed, even non-specialized clients can explore the stage with no problem or cerebral pains — it's recognizable and straightforward yet strong enough to smooth out your task the executives processes.
Cons
Impediments of Trello incorporate its restricted task perspectives and restricted detailing instruments
