> **Pros**: this product was easy to set up. The team’s guidance, insight, and deep experience with Meta made the process seamless, and they were always ready to help resolve any issues that came up, unless you want to cancel then it becomes extremely difficult.

> **Cons**: What I liked least about this product was how difficult it was to cancel my account. The process is confusing and filled with unnecessary friction — support becomes unresponsive once you request cancellation, and the chatbot and documentation use dark patterns that make it hard to find the actual cancellation form.

> Without a verified Meta account, the subscription was unusable, yet there was no straightforward way to end it through the dashboard. Overall, the experience felt deliberately obstructive and very disappointing.

> **Pros**: The best part of the software is the variety of options available for running campaigns, especially the Re-try option to failed contacts, which is very needed as otherwise manually retrying is very time consuming. We have seen a good send ratio because of this option. Also creating campaigns are very easy and running broadcasting is few clicks.

> **Cons**: The least about it is there is no direct on call customer support, every time we need to depends on send mail and then waiting for them to reply.

> Overall a very good and competitive software for running WhatsApp campaign. Easy to set up campaigns and braodcast.
