> **Cons**: At the beginning we paid no comission that changed after a year for 5%. No promotions were available during this time on the channels but they introduced it now for booking.com only.

Easy sign up but they don’t copy all features down Airbnb they booked a customer and I couldn’t accommodate

They are pathetic to deal with and ill be writing many more reviews like this \!

My main source of rental is Airbnb
They are an offshoot of this however they don’t carry across the details I had in Airbnb such as minimum stay and days between bookings and immediate booking.
So when a customer booked my rental for the next day and 3 days stay ( i don’t accept less than 5 days and certainly don’t do next day due to clean and size of villa )
I had to cancel the booking and they are trying tobill me a £200 cancellation fee
Tried to sort amicably and the basically cut me off from 2 web meetings never turned up
And now threatening me with legal action
Don’t touch this company they are terrible and not understanding at all
Pathetic
Can’t even give me a contact or manger to talk to worse than o2

> **Cons**: Lento- poco comodo para usar.No entiendo porque un empresa que dedica a gestionar alojamiento de turismo no tiene …1) un telefono de ayuda que funciona 24 horas y siete dias de la semana incluyendo fiestas ??2) un APP simple y facil para que los propietarios pueden gestionar reservas, calendario, comisiones, etc.

> En general no estoy contento con mi experiencia,son muy rapidos para intentar cobrar una reserva anulado y cobrar su comision. Luego lentos para pagar y contestar preguntas o realizar cambios cuando ha sido fallo de ellos.
