Promising field service manegment solution
The field service management system is there, and it seems like a promising service. However, it isn't intuitive to use and still needs some work.
Pros
It's an affordable end-to-end field service management solution and works well for our field service business.
Cons
It's clunky and feels like it is still in the development stage. Because it is cloud-based, it is slow to get anything done. The mobile app also needs a constant connection to work, even for things that shouldn't need a connection.

Zoho FSM - The must have for support providers.
It has been very good, we have control over our staffs appointments with full transparency. Recorded acceptances of estimates by clients make disputes quick and easy to resolve, and service reports have been a grate help to use and our clients.
Pros
Easy to use, and all of the modules flow well together resulting in a detailed workflow for history records and with easy integration to Zoho desk , defining the remote vs onsite support. It is a great value to have notifications, online acceptances , billing, stock issues , appointment scheduling all from one system. And with seamless integration to Zoho Books , customer information , Service and part items make it a breeze to setup. Also the CRM integration helps account managers access Service appoint records without leaving their system as well as doing estimates to clients directly from the CRM with the FSM extension.
Cons
there are no delivery note documents for stock that is issued out, and none chargeable appointment have to be billed at zero value. Also wish it was apart of the Zoho one package for likes of analytics.

Finally a FSM that works and budget friendly
So far it has been great, everything I was looking for. The integration with Zoho Books/Inventory is a lifesaver. Love how it all syncs together
Pros
So far Zoho FSM is everything we needed in a Field Management software. Able to track leads/requests for service. Keep notes, and send estimates/invoices. So much easier than notepads. Also like that it is budget friendly and won't break the bank.
Cons
Still looking at different ways to label requests. The default does not work well for us.

FSM & Team Clean Cooperation
The beginning was difficult. We first had to get used to it. It was the beginning of FSM and we switched to it in the high season. It was a bit brisk. Now I can't imagine working without FSM. I see how everything is only getting better and I really enjoy being in contact with competent, responsive and friendly staff.

I'm sorry to mention this, but the fact is that FSM is being built in parallel while we are working at the same time. But that is normal. It was much more noticeable at the beginning.

Part of Zoho One ERP, great value and customization. Good and getting better.
Cons
Its only been released about a year, so still relatively young compared to some of the other Zoho softwares.

ZOHO FSM can't live without it.
Been a very pleasant integration, got a lot of help from the FSM team and continues to be a great tool.
Pros
Love being able to schedule our techs out in advance and able to track it all. The seemless integration with ZOHO Books is great. Makes it one of the most productive tools I have.
Cons
The only issue I have is the sync between FSM and Books is updated every 3 hours, but I can force it over manually when I need to.

Seamless Integration with Exceptional Support

Nanotech Water Solutions
Generally, it is building up to satisfaction. It is a great experience.
Pros
1. Efficiency when it comes to scheduling appointments. The messages are delivered live.
2. The ability to load Assets and designate to specific sites. The syncing of Assets to specific addresses. Syncing of Service and parts as well as equipment onto sites, territory and contacts. This enables automation and reduces manual loading of data.
3. The application of rules and commands. This serves as reminders to Administrators and less reliance on memory.

1. Currently, the inability to load multiple assets under one client.
2. It takes some time to load especially on opening from CRM and Zoho Desk.
