> Sono ormai più di due anni che ho implementato Deepser nelle procedure aziendali e sono molto soddisfatto; inoltre dovendo gestire le interazioni con software di ticketing di alcuni clienti, mi sembra che Deepser sia molto più funzionale di software molto più commerciali e diffusi, incluse alcune soluzioni open-source.
