I love having all our vendors in one location and on a schedule for reviews. We like how you can assign an owner who knows the asset best to help you accurately manage. > > **Cons**: You have to buy user licenses just for the owners to come in once a quarter and approve or review their assigned assets. We ended up printing them out and handing to each owner then one person has to enter all their data or changes manually and hit approve on their behalf.
