Once your needs grow, you most likely will find alternatives that provide more flexible usage options. I believe you still are stuck with Gmail login, which means if you use other ESP you can't use CalendBook.I must mention that my experience may be dated as I haven't returned to using it in a while since I moved on to a solution more suitable to my needs. For instance, currently, it appears to have integrations via task automation softwares which I don't recall it had back when I used it.
