Apparently, downloading anything voids their 14-day refund policy, even if you haven’t used any of your editing minutes. I reached out and all I got was a copy-paste reply quoting their terms. Customer support was slow, unhelpful, and clearly more interested in hiding behind policy than actually helping users. €21 wasted for a tool I won’t ever use again. Shameless practice. I’ve asked for my account to be deleted. I’m done with this platform.
