FigJam is an awesome digital whiteboard for users of Figma
Designing features for an existing large product, from beginning to end in Figma - from discovery and analysis (using FigJam as a repository), through concepting to design iterations and prototyping, all in Figma. FigJam was a flexible repository for all reference materials and artifacts throughout.
Pros
FigJam is best when used alongside Figma, of course. The perfect integration between designs and prototypes and whiteboards makes for a seamless end-to-end process toolset.
Cons
FigJam is less attractive to teams that are not using Figma. In that case, other tools are more mature and powerful (though FigJam is growing on a consistent basis.)

FigJam - The sweet sauce of Figma - intuitive, capable, and flexible!
FigJam has been helpful to me when sketching out rough wireframes, meting out ideas and concepts, as well as creating flowcharts, diagrams, and site maps.
The software is both extremely intuitive and beautifully detailed as well as capable. It also has a steep learning curve for beginners but offers a great support base thanks to the Figma community (where users can ask questions, offer tips, and share file/templates and feedback to fellow users.
Pros
FigJam, a feature and product of Figma is an ingenious and indispensable tool when it comes to UX/UI design and development.
I find it to be more intuitive that Adobe XD, yet in some ways similar to Adobe Illustrator.
Both FigJam and Figma allow me to focus on my passion - graphic design - while also creating innovative and fulfilling experiences without writing a single line of code. The software does all the heavy lifting for me but also has the option for me or any collaborator I'm working with to step in and add code, if needed.
Cons
The most frustrating thing about FigJam and Figma is the clunky file/project management system. The software insists on dividing my work into groups (workgroups) even though I am a team of one. And, because I am a student, my account is limited unless I'm willing to ante up the full subscription price.
Pricewise, Figma/FigJam is a huge investment - moreso than the whole Adobe Creative Suite combined. Yet, the capability of the software outweighs its competitor.
I wish that the software was at a lower price point for those just getting started and are not part of a large team situation. Tiered subscription options should be offered with the ability to add-on alacarte features/smaller packages. Doing so would allow Figma customers to customize their experience and optimize their loyalty because the flexibility offered would engender good faith and support.

First in class
Despite these minor drawbacks, FigJam has truly transformed the way our design team ideates, sketches, and iterates on designs together. The cross-platform availability and tight integration with the broader design ecosystem have further enhanced our creative workflow, making FigJam a must-have for any team looking to elevate their collaborative design process. If you haven't already, I encourage you to give FigJam a try – it just might change the way you approach design collaboration.
Pros
As a design lead, I've had the pleasure of extensively using FigJam over the past year, and I can confidently say that it has become an indispensable tool in our design arsenal. FigJam's seamless collaboration capabilities are a game-changer, allowing multiple team members to work on the same whiteboard in real-time. The intuitive interface and wide range of tools, from sticky notes and shapes to freehand drawing and text, make it easy for our team to dive in and start leveraging the full potential of the platform. The robust plugin ecosystem has also been a significant advantage, enabling us to integrate a variety of third-party tools that seamlessly extend the capabilities of the platform.
Cons
While FigJam has been an incredibly valuable addition to our design workflow, there are a few areas where I believe the tool could be improved. The lack of advanced version control and history tracking can be a pain point when trying to revert to previous iterations of our designs. Additionally, the inability to directly import assets from other design tools, such as Sketch or Adobe XD, can be a hindrance to our cross-platform design process.

Bringing idea to life with FigJam.
Compared to other whiteboarding software, FigJam's tight incorporation with Figma makes it a unique and powerful solution for design team members like me. The capability to bring in design elements and prototypes directly into the brainstorming space is priceless. I enjoyed this product. I would love to suggest this to everyone.
Pros
FigJam is breaking down silos between our designer and non-designer teams. The intuitive interface and friendly whiteboard make it easy for everyone to give ideas, regardless of their designing experience. It's become our one of the most using platform for cross-functional brainstorming and workshops.
Cons
The cursor chat feature can be a little annoying at times, especially during large discussion sessions. And while the search facility is helpful, it could be enhanced for getting specific elements within a complex FigJam file.

Love the real-time collaboration features
Figma's been a real game-changer for me. It's brilliant for collaborating with clients and colleagues on design projects. I mostly use it for web design, but it's versatile enough for all sorts of graphic design work. Compared to some of the other design software I've used, Figma's a breath of fresh air.
Pros
Love the real-time collaboration features – makes it so much easier to work with others. The prototyping tools are top-notch too, and it's really intuitive to use overall. Plus, being web-based means I can access my projects from anywhere.
Cons
Every now and then it can be a bit glitchy, especially when working with large files. And I reckon the offline functionality could be improved.

FigJam is a great whiteboarding tool
My overall Experience tell now is great with FigJam it does really well what it can do. The Collaboration features are awsome you can use emojies and other plugins that makes it fun and you can take benefit of that infinite canvas.
Pros
I like FigJam because it makes your work that you can do with FigJam so fun.
You can use emojies and timer to collaborate with your team effectively moreover it provides you a infinite canvas which is better than those predefined sized artboards i really love it.
Cons
I like most of the things about the FigJam but one thing i do not like is it does not support vectors graphics so even if you import a figma file it will not be a vector based graphics anymore

Flexible Copy, Design, and UX Brainstorming and Wireframes
FigJam has generous features for mind maps and wireframes that are flexible from a design and text-based user experience.
Pros
The basic toolset for creating website wireframes are enough for design and layout. I can visually map out the UX through the templates provided.
Cons
The template customizations are limited as well as the stamps or sticker icons.

Creative and easy to use digital whiteboard
Pros
Figjam has made working in teams seamless because information can be easily presented to everyone. Most people in the world are visual learners, so having a tool like this helps to understand the work between different teams better. In our company, we use Figjam to design interfaces, ideate and collaborate. Instead of using a physical whiteboard where information gets deleted, we can present our diagrams on Figjam and store it permanently. Figjam has become an integral part of our working methodology. The ease of scrolling, zooming and exporting information is seamless and therefore I consider it better than its alternatives.
Cons
I would like to have better use of Tables in Figjam. Currently, the tables are very simplistic. It would be interesting to have more functions within each 'cell' of a table. Kind of like excel, or maybe some form of integration with it.

Digital Whiteboard for your needs
Pros
It's an easy-to-use digital whiteboard to brain-dump ideas and plan out project cycles. It is also easy to implement into Figma whenever we need a quick reminder on ideas we want to highlight.
Cons
It's hard to find something I didn't like about Figjam but if I had to say something it would be it could be confusing for people who are not used to using whiteboards like this and having to make an account

Great collaborational tool for remote work
Overall great tool for remote work, we have some people who are across the country and so being able to hop on and work simultaneously is a very rewarding and great experience.
Pros
I loved the sticky notes and the ability to add comments and work alongside, it helped me organize my thoughts alongside my team and we all were able to brainstorm and come up with ideas together and "whiteboard" even while all working remotely.
Cons
It was a little more complex to use than I would have liked? could have scaled back on some of the complexity and keep it more simplified and not lost much in terms of functionality in what I needed to accomplish

Figjam- An easy way to organize your life
It is a phenomenal product if you wish to make documentation of meetings, ideas and concepts for your organisation. It can even be used for super fast, simple, team presentations. Scrum meetings can also be facilitated.
Pros
Figjam is a whiteboarding tool. In essence, it eases the process of documentation, note-taking and conceptual learning and explanation. It can be used with one of its many preloaded templates or you can use its many tools to craft a whiteboard as you please. It is very intuitive, and everything is click-drag-drop. Easy to learn and easy to teach. There are many tools to allow collaboration and discourse. Audio chat is available as well. Plugins, stickers, and shared files from the community all make it one of the best tools in the space right now.
Cons
Figjam is a well-rounded product. Routine updates and troubleshooting the problems of the community (bug fixes, quality of life) would make it great. A suggestion for this would be to allow users to choose from many themes of the editor, including background texture, colour, and icon styles.
Reasons for Switching to FigJam
Figjam has a simpler toolkit than Figma, which is good so that even people without prior design experience can contribute to the process using Figjam. Milanote has most of the same features but its not as collaborative and it's design tools are more restrictive.- Industry: Computer Software

FigJam is the best whiteboarding tool I have found
Pros
FigJam makes it easy for me to create diagrams for everything from process diagrams for internal use to customer facing diagrams to help them better understand workflows.
Cons
FigJam doesn't really have any cons with their current product. Of course, I would love to see some more but overall there isn't anything objectively bad about their software.

Balances ease-of-use with functionality
Highly recommended, easy-to-use collaborative whiteboarding tool.
Pros
Extremely easy to use and intuitive. Although it lacks some functionality, FigJam has 99% of the features needed, and is so convenient and easy to use that it's a go-to tool for whiteboarding / collaborating. The easy exporting (without resolution limitations) is extremely convenient.
Cons
There are no major issues with FigJam, but hopefully it'll include those "1%" of missing features eventually.

A simple tool for whiteboarding sessions or workshops
FigJam is very useful and intuitive online collaboration tool. Although it's a very new product as compared to other competitors in market, but it's 'simplicity' makes it stand out from the rest.
Pros
I use FigJam for product ideation or brainstorming sessions with my team. I also use it to build basic workflows or task flows for client reviews. The UI is very clean and simple. I love that multiple stakeholders and team members can work on FigJam board simultaneously without any lag. Whenever I need to discuss any product idea with business stakeholders or clients (who are not tech savvy), this is my go-to tool, as it is very easy for them to understand and use.
Cons
There is no offline version, so if you don't have internet connection, you will not be able to work on any updates. And it doesn't have lot of rich functionalities like Miro.
Reasons for Choosing FigJam
I wanted to keep all my Figma design files and discussion whiteboards at one place, so using FigJam for that project/product made more sense. Also, Jamboard has very limited features.Switched From

The soon to be market leader in digital canvases?
Overall a great experience and FigJam is a strong contender for the number one spot of digital canvases in the future.
Pros
FigJam has really developed in a positive way the last year or so since it has been out. The integration into Figma of course being one of the major pros allowing you to keep all your files in one place. This feature is better than one might realise at first but it really solves a lot of problems. For example if you want to collaborate with stakeholders who have seen your design in Figma previously they will quickly feel right at home with FigJam.
Cons
There is one issue that I have with FigJam and that is how you share access to collaborators that do not have a Figma account. This feature is missing today but (hopefully) on the way and would make a world of difference. As it is today you have to create a Figma account to access FigJam which just makes some stakeholders more reluctant to use the software.

Great whiteboarding tool for our Design Team
Since it's release we've incorporated FigJam as our whiteboarding tool of choice for our design team. It works perfectly in sync with our main design tool; Figma.
Pros
FigJam does the basics of a whiteboarding tool really well and has been growing quickly these past few months with new features. It also has a great community where you can find great templates for canvasses and frameworks. It helped us a lot with doing team workshops.
Cons
I'm still missing some functionalities that other competitors might have.

We use FigJam as a freestyle mind map and knowledge representation tool during brainstormings and team discussions.
Pros

Figma tools to align and arrange figures
Free starter plan is a decent solution for small teams
