Cisco Jabber
Pretty good. I would use it again if I had to work off site.
Pros
Ease of use, able to view company directory, minimal training, we could hit the ground running. Using Jabber to call out without using my personal phone number was very important for us. I was also able to differentiate calls on my cell phone - the ring tone was helpful in letting me know if it was my personal phone call versus a work call.
Cons
Connectivity issues. Sometimes calls would drop.
The Jabber calls show up in my call history on my personal cell phone. I'd prefer to keep work call history separate from my personal call history.
