Before Wunderbuild we were running five different systems to manage estimating, job costing, scheduling, timesheets, site safety and everything in between. Nothing talked to each other and information was scattered. Now the team knows that if they need something, it's in Wunderbuild. The customer service is second to none. I have never had an issue that has not been resolved within the hour, and the support from the team is unexpectedly good compared to the previous systems I used. The recent AI integrations are the icing on the cake and the time they have saved me is worth far more than the monthly subscription price. > > **Cons**: I can't fault anything so far. The only thing, and it's not really an issue, is that new features come out so fast that the workarounds I have built become redundant very quick\! > > We switched at the end of 2023 and it has been a game changer for us. The team was constantly frustrated downloading and learning new apps just to do their job, and I have not had a single complaint since we made the change, which says a lot considering how much pushback there was with the old setup.
