Great Client Support

Overall everything is great so far. I like the fact that we are growing and the tools needed to help us sustain our growth are available or becoming available

Pros

I love the fact that my executive relationship manager keeps in touch with me and always available asking if there is anything she can do assist me and my operations.

Cons

I would say that overseas customer support can be a challenge sometimes.

We have had no issues with ADP. When we need assistance the customer service team has been responsive and helpful.

ADP Comp Service

[sensitive content hidden] are incredible leaders of a wonderful team. [sensitive content hidden] is a great VP. We have had negative experiences with other service teams, though.

Pros

The support on one team is great.The other teams are not as helpful.

Cons

the limitation for IT Troubleshooting and limited visibility to back-end flows.

ADP wasn't meeting operational needs and we needed a system that worked well with our 403b provider, and a system that gave us more "yes" than "no" responses to our questions for enhanced functionality

Exceeded Expectations

The Payroll, Reporting and HR services team have provided valuable insights and assistance whether for routine questions or more complex issues helping me make informed decisions.

Pros

It is User friendly, it streamlines complex HR tasks making payroll process, benefits and reporting a lot easier.

Cons

The one thing I did not like was that they do not provide IT team come to our location to set up the clocks the assistance was done only via phone and it was time consuming and inconvenient.

Review of ADP Comp Services

Pros

Onboarding is simple, easy access for employees to log in and edit personal information, Benefit Enrollment is simple (also love our benefit rep, [sensitive content hidden]!)

Cons

Performance module- not very user friendly
