It is pretty self explanatory after using it a few times and keeping track of all my hours, vacation time, etc. > > **Cons**: The app is so confusing and you have to have additional apps for it to work, so I just never even bother with the app and use the web version. Directions are scarce. Employees have difficulty operating the system. Porting of information had numerous errors. I could continue.
