> StreamAlive helps users generate more engagement in their live sessions. By using polls, wordclouds, Q\&As, spinner wheels, interactive maps, and even emojis, users can keep their audience engaged and tuned in to their session.

StreamAlive works with the user's existing live session platform, whether it's Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, YouTube Live, or even Twitch.

All the audience interactions are powered directly by the chat stream. What the audience types in the chat is automatically captured by StreamAlive and visualized on the presenter's screen.

When a live poll is run, the audience enters their choice in the chat box, and the results are updated on the presenter's screen in real-time.

The simplicity of StreamAlive is that it doesn't require the audience to do anything special such as using their mobile phone or opening a new browser tab and logging into a third-party application. Everything is powered by the chat.

There are over a dozen different types of audience interactions that can be run using StreamAlive. It even uses AI to automatically extract any question asked by the audience member and collates it in the question panel - there is no need to ask the audience to click around to find the Q\&A submission form, just asking them to type their questions in the chat is enough and there is no need to worry about missing a question.

StreamAlive can even be used for in-person and hybrid events. Using a browser-based, mobile-friendly chat functionality, the audience can be connected in a group chat, no matter where they are located.

Special options for the group chat include the ability to authenticate employees, hide the chat from other audience members, and hide the questions being asked.

Support is provided via live chat within the application, and an in-depth knowledgebase with helpful tutorials and advice on how to get the most out of StreamAlive.

One-on-one live on-boarding is offered on the Pro and Pro+ plans to show users the best practices with using StreamAlive. Email support is also available on the Pro and Pro+ plans.

StreamAlive is used by anyone running a live session. From webinars to company townhalls, coaching sessions to livestream entertainment.

## Reviews

### "Increasing viewer engagement\!" — 4.0/5

> **Lou** | *14 January 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The engagement tools are great for keeping viewers' attention\!
>
> **Cons**: I really wish there was a lower-priced or lower-tiered option.
>
> This has made my Zoom meetings more engaging and production

-----

### "Engaging Diversity Online" — 5.0/5

> **Alex** | *13 October 2025* | Media Production | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: StreamAlive has a real knack for making live presentations more dynamic and efficient. One thing that stood out to me is how it helps bridge the gap between the presenter and the audience. Instead of just talking at people, you can actually see their reactions and feedback in real time, which makes everything feel a lot more interactive and engaging.
>
> **Cons**: The wait times for online support with StreamAlive can be pretty frustrating, especially when you need quick answers before or during a live session.
>
> For me, the platform really shines in terms of audience engagement, but there are times when I wish it included more advanced features in the basic plan. For example, offering more options to customize the interactive elements would make it feel like you’re truly getting your money’s worth. It’s always a tricky balance—wanting to use the latest tech to elevate your presentations, but also feeling like you’re paying a premium.

### "Frictionless engagement through existing chat" — 5.0/5

> **Said** | *27 December 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: After using StreamAlive for a year, the standout feature is how effortlessly audiences can participate. Instead of asking people to pull out their phones or juggle multiple browser windows, participants can engage directly through the chat they're already using - like Zoom chat. This removes friction and significantly increases participation rates in my sessions. The barrier to entry is practically zero, which makes interactive elements feel natural rather than forced.
>
> **Cons**: After a year of use, I haven't encountered any significant downsides. The platform does what it promises reliably.
>
> StreamAlive has been a consistent tool in my workflow for the past year. The ease of use - both for me as the host and for my audience - has made it invaluable for keeping sessions interactive and engaging. The fact that it works seamlessly with existing chat platforms means adoption is instant, and I've seen noticeably higher participation compared to tools that require additional steps.

### "Transforming Audience Interaction in Complex Topics" — 5.0/5

> **Manlio** | *18 September 2025* | Professional Training & Coaching | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I love how easy StreamAlive is to use and all of its prebuilt visuals—for example, the Magic Maps or Word Clouds. You just add them to your presentation, and that’s it—you instantly have an interactive experience for your audience. If you want to know what people are thinking, you can include an open-ended question, and their comments will appear on screen. It’s amazing and very user-friendly.
>
> **Cons**: I would like there to be more chart options, such as a line chart, to display different values over time during a meeting. For example, it would be great to show how people’s opinions change at the end of an idea or after presenting a specific topic.
>
> I use StreamAlive in classroom meetings to keep people engaged and to maintain the flow of the audience, especially during complex topics like data calculations. By adding questions and asking the audience to share their opinions, the sessions become much more dynamic and interactive, which helps prevent fatigue and makes the flow much smoother.

### "Thank you StreamAlive" — 5.0/5

> **Amy** | *2 October 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: We love it for the audience engagement during virtual events. The interface is colorful and allows attendees to contribute to the knowledge of others, fostering a sense of involvement in virtual events.
>
> **Cons**: It does take a lot of hope to connect to Zoom. It typically works, but it can be disruptive if it doesn't work, as we moderate training events for trainers.
>
> Overall, we have had a very positive experience with StreamAlive, and we plan to continue to use it.
