In addition to their robust online support library, their support team is more than fantastic, they are available 5 days a week and there is nothing they don't know. I particularly like the ability to centralize leads, communications, workflows, and marketing sources in one CRM. > > **Cons**: The onboarding and post-launch support have been the weakest parts of our experience. We went live before several important integrations and tracking functions had been fully tested, leaving our team to discover and troubleshoot significant issues afterward. > > The Aesthetix CRM software itself appears to be good, but our onboarding and post-launch support experience has been very disappointing. We chose Aesthetix in large part to integrate our website, social media, Google Business and other lead sources into one system. We went live before several of those integrations were fully functional or had been adequately tested. Aesthetix also required our website contact forms to be routed through their system, which required additional work and expense on our end. After going live, we discovered that although those leads were reaching Aesthetix, our existing Google Ads conversion tracking was no longer functioning properly. This was not identified during onboarding, and the loss of accurate conversion data has been harmful to our ability to measure and optimize our advertising. We also went live with unresolved social media integration issues. On the day our account was transitioned out of onboarding, we already had problems requiring assistance. We were nevertheless handed off to our new representative, who was then unavailable for approximately 10 days. Since then, getting timely hands-on technical assistance has been frustrating, with much of the troubleshooting falling back on our own staff and marketing consultant. The software has considerable potential, so I hope our experience improves, and I will update this review as things develop. The team is responsive, actually resolves issues, and doesn't pass you around. So, making this change was a big over taking and A LOT of patience needed (on both sides, LOL) to set up the many many many automations and with TWO different locations in ONE. The CRM has amazing systems for automations (email, text, and etc.). All centrally located for the team to response timely and efficiently (socials too\!). Customer support has made it very easy to set it up and trouble shoot everything continuously as we continue to grow new marketing campaigns and automations as request per our office team members. Lastly, and more importantly being able to track all of our marketing success with the sales has been a game changer. > > **Cons**: Having a bit more training on HOW the system works ahead of time with either training videos (some are provided). However, videos training on workflow setup and concept with more details and limitations of workflows would be great to know.
