Because mental health is as important as physical health!

I have already implemented and used nilo.health in various companies and the feedback from the employees has always been very positive. Often former colleagues tell me long after I left how nilo.health helped them and still helps. As a member of the People Team, you are a person of trust for the employees and learn a lot about their professional and private worries and needs. It is good to know that I have found a reliable partner in nilo.health who supports my team in these small and big crises in the best possible way.

Pros

The wide range of possible uses - as individual as the needs of our employees! Fast and uncomplicated mental health support, which would often not be so easily accessible to employees without this benefit. nilo.health can also help to improve teamwork - employees and their managers can learn tools and strategies that make daily collaboration easier and more effective. In addition: the most HR-friendly implementation ever and the whole nilo.team is so helpful and supportive.

Cons

For now, there is nothing. The platform has improved over the years, nilo.health is constantly expanding its offer and the team is super open to new ideas and wishes from their clients.

Excellent app for work and personal related matters

Very easily accessible on the phone, at home or at work
Variety of topics from mindfulness to work related issues

Pros

The access to mindfulness, personal development, work related programs and lessons and psychologist support whenever needed.

Cons

Not much to be honest, such a great app with all that is needed. Possibly some videos would be a great add on

Pros

flexibility and ease of use - everything works around you & your schedule.

Cons

the focus appears to be more short term than long term, understandably so given the limitations of the service offered by employer (limited sessions).

Roundtables for life!

Pros

I'm a big fan of the Roundtables; they consistently offer intriguing insights and fresh perspectives. The knowledge I gain from these online webinars is not only valuable but also significantly impacts my understanding of various topics. Each session leaves me with new ideas and a sense of inspiration.

Cons

I wasn't able to create a routine to go back to the Program I started.

Glad I got around to use the platform.

My experience so far has been pretty positive. I've used the platform this year to book up to 7 sessions with a different therapist until I found one I was comfortable with. I think it's quite nice to see you have different options and there's a good amount of flexibility to carry your sessions.

Pros

It's a comfortable platform where it's easy to reach out to the support team whenever possible. They are quick to help you to get in touch with your therapist if needed.

There are also many roundtables and resources to give you a bit of guidance in different areas.

Cons

On one occasion, I booked a session that wasn't reflected in my therapist's calendar. Not sure if something happened in the connection there.

Other than that, I sometimes think the roundtables and content touch topics that are often work-related. I would also like to see more personal growth that's not just to "perform" or add a new skill.

Great experience using Nilo

In general it is a good experience, I've tried to test everything from exercises, watching videos about different topics, meditations to round tables and 1on1 with a specialist. All went smooth, and I consider that the people representing Nilo are specialized and good give advice.

Pros

The specialists I talked to until now were nice and gave valuable advice that I could put in practice. Also the tools and videos are interesting and helpful, and the interface is very user friendly.

Cons

Nothing in particular that I can think about.

Happy with the services and resources offered

Overall, I had a positive experience with nilo.health and could recommend it to anyone who may benefit from expert coaching and their services. I found that their staff is wonderful and really helpful. I was really unhappy with how a session went with one of their experts, and they reached out to me to make sure that I felt supported. I really appreciated this!

Pros

I really liked the workshops offered and the topics covered. I also found some of the materials and resources offered on the website helpful. It would be nice to be able to share some of the exercises with your expert behorehand to review them.

Cons

The experts could be a hit or miss. I went through several experts to find one that matched my preferred style of coaching. My advice is to be upfront about what you are looking for in an expert and what you are looking to gain out of the sessions.

5star *****

I've had so much support and help from Nilo over different issues that have came up. I would be in a worse place without the support of Nilo.

Pros

I like being able to filter different specialists to talk to. But also I really love the lunch sessions, they are so beneficial.

Cons

I'm not such a big fan of doing a daily check-in on how I am feeling, it's something I do elsewhere. I keep getting recommendations to do this, if I choose not to I would like to stop getting reminders.

Convenient, Personalized, and Effective

It’s a reliable and impactful resource for comprehensive well-being.

Pros

I love how easy it was to use nilo.health and connect with experienced professionals. The great range of support, from therapy sessions to self-guided resources, tailored to different needs are amazing. Scheduling was flexible, making it simple to fit sessions into my routine.

Cons

Finding last-minute appointments can be challenging, especially during busy times. Some of the self-help resources feel a bit generic, and the therapist matching process could offer more details upfront or a free session for an even better fit.

Best corporate platform for mental health so far

Contact, support and offering form nilo has always been very satisfying. I love the experience and would always recommend it.

Pros

nilo's platform design is an important part that makes an easy access for our users. Even more important is the quality of therapists available and the opportunity to choose who fits best to your individual profile.

Cons

One major disadvantage from our perspective is that the offer can be made only for coporates although only 50% of the organization want to use it. Thus, the rest of the budget is not available for the rest of the team.

Pros

the Nilo health sessions! The Nilo health expert I've been with has been extremely helpful during the most difficult time.

Cons

Meditation sessions perhaps? Not saying that they are not good, but there are so many similar products on the market, where I feel like it's not really necessary.

Empowering Minds: A Review of Nilo.health - Strengthening Mental Health and Resilience in the...

Pros

What I liked most about Nilo.health is its seamless accessibility to mental health resources. Employees can easily connect with therapists and access tools to enhance resilience and strengthen their mental well-being. The platform's user-friendly interface and diverse range of resources make it convenient for employees to prioritize their mental health, fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Cons

One aspect that could be improved with Nilo.health is the need for more personalized features tailored to individual users. While the platform offers a variety of resources, a more customized approach could enhance its effectiveness. Additionally, expanding the range of available therapists and ensuring prompt appointment scheduling could further enhance the user experience.

I highly recommend Nilo to anyone who wonders if it is worth it or not!

Extremely positive and would highly recommend it to any company out there who cares for their workforce!

Pros

Not only the sessions covered by my employer, but the day to day self reflection and the rountables proved very valuable too!

Cons

Not much to be honest. Maybe wishing for more tools like yoga video sessions or videos showcasing how to breathe and relax.

Great tool

Pros

As a user I like the simplicity of the platform - there are no extra weird buttons one need to press to find the searched course.
As a HR Manager, one can create a learning path (empathy, resilience) for the employees and in general promote a better and healthier environment in the company

Cons

As a user: Sometimes the experts (like coaches, therapists) are not really "invested" and say some generic response. I've managed to find a great one after trials and errrors
As a HR: the HR platform does't give much information about the trends. For instance, what is the most important topic that most of the people are intersted about.

Fantastic, a service I really make the most of and can feel the difference

Pros

Love having Nilo as a company benefit, I like being able to switch between support people depending on the topic Iwant to discuss and work on or until I find someone that is a great match for me. Very easy to use and handy to have through an app as well.

Cons

It would be great if you could request a particular person when a friend has recommended them rather than just having the choice of the 3 that are prompted

Nilo is the perfect benefit for mental health for companies

Pros

Nilo offers therapy sessions with licensed professionals. You get a questionnaire and then can chose from multiple therapists. I have found the sessions extremely helpful, if you don't feel comfortable with a therapist, you can easily change to another and you can manage all of that through their website. This saves so much time and energy instead of having to personally call different therapists to try and get an appointment. In addition to this, nilo offers meditation and a lot of other self-help material on their website. As an user but also admin, the functionality of being able to see the activity and usage of nilo also gives a great overview.

Cons

I think for what nilo promises, there's really no apparent downsides it.

The best tool for Mental Health at the Workplace

Nilo.health gives anonymous space to our employees to talk about their mental wellbeing. After starting with Nilo we could see an improvement in survey ratings about mental health and a decrease in sick days.

Pros

We have been working with Nilo.health for several years and have seen an improvement in our employee health since the beginning (measured by survey ratings and decreasing sick days). Since the start with Nilo.health, they have continuously improved the product and added new functions. Our employees use the tool for 1on1 sessions with a so-called Nilo expert, but also other digital content to take care of their mental wellbeing.

Cons

Nothing I dislike. Whenever I have ideas or wishes for improvement I reach out to them and they really take my feedback into consideration. They also proactively reach out to me with new funtions and material to share with our employees.
