AP data entry mainstreamed!!

Stampli makes accounts payable data entry less mundane!!

Pros

Stampli is VERY user friendly. Any issue you can run into, there is a button or way to fix it!

Cons

The only con on my end for Stampli is that my inventory software does not link, but that has more to do with the inventory software and not Stampli.

Outstanding AP Automation & Workflow Solution

Overall Stampli is an excellent platform for AP processing; it has saved us much time and hassle versus emailing out invoices for approval and manually posting them in our ERP and filing paper copies. The customizable workflow is streamlined and provides visibility into the status of all invoices in the system, so things don't get lost. The ability to ask questions of vendors and employees within Stampli is highly useful, as is the audit feed in the viewing screen for each invoice.

Pros

The smooth, automation-streamlined, and centralized process from upload to coding to approval to posting, all with a very useful and intuitive interface.

Cons

There are few downsides, but the "bot" that scans bills and auto-fills accounting fields sometimes struggles with unusually-formatted vendor invoices (i.e., hand written, etc.), or to distinguish between vendors with identically formatted invoices.

The functionality of Stampli was overall superior to these alternatives, and the pricing structure of the Direct Pay module was also preferable to us.

Amazing Software with Bot

LOVE ME SOME STAMPLI!

I have used Stampli from both ends. The end that enters invoices for approval, and now the one that approves. I was there when we first rolled it out a few years back and it made the approval process of invoices 10x easier than it was before. Should I ever move to another company, I will absolutely recommend that they switch to Stampli if they are using any other program.

Pros

How simple it is to know exactly what you are approving. The GL coding, the amount, the vendor, everything is right there and easy to find.

Cons

There is nothing about Stampli that I feel needs improvement.

Would Highly recommend this software for any AP process!

Pros

Stampli has been a great addition to our AP process. It has significantly reduced my team's workload. So far, the best features we have used are: AI smart invoice reading and automatically filling in the information, an interactive dashboard that provides workflow insights, the ability to select multiple approvers, the option to add customized fields quickly, and seamless syncing with Netsuite.

Cons

There is nothing to complain about Stampli. Even the support team is excellent and responsive.

Our Stampli, freight bill processing of the here and now!

Everything has been great with Stampli, this will enhance our processing time with freight bills and make sure all freight bills get paid on time.

Pros

Easy to use. Very quick to process each freight bill and I like the way Stampli flows from one freight bill to the next one without having to go search for it.

Cons

All was good. I wish there was a way to remove the email after the freight bill has been approved.

A Tale of Streamlined AP invoicing Bills with Robust workflow management

The Stampli is mainly helping my organization to record the accouting entires for Non-USD bills due to the sudden challenge faced by other application called BILL which discontinued the accounting entries for Non-USD entities. The Stampli is very easy to understand with minimum guidance for any AP bill coder and can be implemented as per the business requirement and also it can be integarated with other application to record the accouting entries of the transactions. The key feature what I liked is the IVA capturing the invoice number, invoice date, due date and other key fields instead of manual intervention. The Stampli has drastically increased the Client satisfaction and got NPS score recently and appreciations as well.

Pros

The Stampli is very easy to understand with minimum guidance for any AP bill coder and can be implemented as per the business requirement and also it can be integarated with other application to record the accouting entries of the transactions. The key feature what I liked is the IVA capturing the invoice number, invoice date, due date and other key fields instead of manual intervention.

Cons

The Stampli version used in my organizatoin does not have the payment directly form the platform and only marked as paid using the bank entry. I hope in the coming days this feature also will be included for us so that there will be more effective utilization of the application.

Simple yet effective

Stampli solved our issue of not getting each invoice approved by a manager, within the first month we had caught several invoices that should not have been paid whereas before Stampli they could have been paid without proper approvals.

Pros

Stampli allowed us to move our AP process paperless in the matter of 1 day! It was simple to implement (literally 10 seconds to connect it to NetSuite, plus a couple of minutes for it to download the vendor and item lists) and it is simple to use (as noted by the majority of the approvers). Stampli also has SSO log-in which means our users do not need to remember another password.

Cons

The customer service support opens at 9 AM EST, this in itself isn't terrible but our staff is already at work well before that so if we run into issues we have to wait before someone can look at them. Stampli is not very customizable (as we are used to in NetSuite) but the customer support is there to help us through and to submit new tickets for us.

Accounting Manger

Overall its been a great experience. Onboarding has been really good and they've helped us with any new updates or payment changes on our end within a few days.

Pros

The ability to message coworkers in an integrated and easily trackable window per invoice. I also love that the Stampli team is available to help during the day if I have questions.

Cons

I would like it to have more capabilities for posting wires into intacct without the reference number and to be able to update the stampli system with the details once its posted in Intacct.

Stampli - Game Changer for Companies!

Stampli has been a game-changer for my company. What once used to be tedious for our AP folks has now automated so many transactions that they are able to focus on the business rather than the day-to-day entries. This has helped reduce the number of errors and get bills approved much quicker.

Pros

The fact that I can see the log of all the activity for a certain bill is just fantastic. Now I don't have to worry about figuring out the audit trail. I also don't have to worry about emailing back and forth for approval -- it all happens in one system.

Cons

I can't create certain reports that I would like to see for my own analytics. Hopefully they create better reports on Stampli. Also, when I decline an invoice and if I don't choose the right option, the coder won't get a notification.
