I asked a question about something before even becoming a customer and \[sensitive content hidden\] took time out of his day to record a Loom video for me. The platform is still young but advanced and making strides. They keep it simple so it's not overwhelming but it's still robust at the same time.

But this con was also a pro because our needs were always heard and acted upon\! This benefits our organization, Practice, and future organizations who seek out Practice as a potential partner.

The product team is super responsive to coach needs. The product’s community is always willing to share how they do things in and out of Practice to support each other in building better businesses.

> **Cons**: Integration with Outlook.com/Microsoft 365 is not yet there. Ability to customize how packages work (\# of hours vs \# of sessions) is not yet possible.
