> **Pros**: I appreciate that all student information can be stored in one place in Blackbaud. I can access learning records, health records, field trip forms, parent contact, etc., in one predictable place.

> **Cons**: Even after 3+ years of using it, I find creating assignments in Blackbaud to be clunky and at times confounding. I long for the ability to check student view, as I never know how what I enter is being perceived by my classes.

> In comparison to a tool like Google Classroom, I find Blackbaud to be frustrating. I appreciate, however, that the parent experience might be better with Blackbaud.

> **Pros**: The primary selling point is OnRecord integrates with the other Blackbaud OnProducts. The people finder and find me now feature is nice. There are a lot of fine tuned settings if you know where to look.
> 
> **Cons**: Reporting is antiquated and lacking development, even though BB has promised a better system for the last 2 years. The reports are basic column and rows exports with virtually no interactive matrices or graphically advanced metric tools. It takes 10-20 clicks just to get to a basic report encompassing more than one student, teacher or class. Onrecord does not connect well with Raiser's Edge or Financial Edge as seamlessly as they advertise. If this is a primary motivation for you, then you should reconsider your options and talk to other OnProduct schools before making the final decision.
