> Work by Speech is a speech recognition program that allows users to control their computer and perform different tasks using their voice. Users can dictate text, open and close applications, navigate the internet, create custom voice commands, record macros and perform other tasks.

This application uses a mouse grid that divides the screen into m multiple figures to allow quick mouse control. It assists people with some permanent and temporary disabilities, users who want to minimize the chance of developing repetitive stress injury by working one day a week by voice or by performing some actions by speech, people who want to improve their workflow by using speech commands and anyone who wants to use a computer by voice.

This application requires at least 2 voice training sessions for high speech recognition accuracy. Two voice training sessions take about 15 minutes.
