Messages can be generated by a system (e.g. a fire alarm or pharmacy fridge), or a person such as a switchboard operator or maintenance worker. That information is then conveyed along your defined path to the correct recipient(s), for timely, informed decision-making and action. Ikonix Connect is a secure critical messaging app for both Apple and Android smartphones. As a full-featured communications app staff can collaborate by instant messaging; voice \& video; and send one another images, attachments \& voice notes. 
With role-based messaging, large teams can contact the right on-call person via your integrated directory, and critical alerts can override a phone’s silent settings to get the right message to the right person, at the right time.
