We use public links a lot as well and it is very useful as well as the virtual containers. Customer service is excellent. I like that it's highly customisable (settings), but that's a downfall as well, it can get complicated to control access and security settings. It would be great if VFP would allow using projects and templates. Instead every time we create a new project, we have to re-build the folder structure and the main settings.
