Their knowledgebase is extensive, but the search features in it don't yield correct results as often as they should. Vista is very customizable, which is extremely importane. You can create user defined fields and tables. You can also connect to the data via SQL, Excel, etc. > > **Cons**: They have a suggestion box but getting anything implemented takes multiple years the vast majority of the time. Chat support gets a needs improvement.
