Additionally, setting everything up is relatively easy and self-explanatory for people who are not tech savvy. > > **Cons**: The most difficult thing is customizing our show site. OTS provides detailed specs for things like page headers, but they have never worked for us no matter how closely we follow the specs. So we end up reverting to designes provided by OTS rather than our own custom designs.
