> **Pros**: I like that we have the option to host and secure the instance ourselves so the documentation doesn't live on someone else's servers. The documentation workflow process has been very customizable and straightforward. The integrations with RMM, PSA and network monitoring have been fantastic. Support has been great as well.

> **Cons**: I'm not sure if it's a con per se, but there are a lot of customization options. You need to design your documentation and workflow, but it wasn't too difficult to do with the pre-existing templates.

> **Cons**: Navigating information can be difficult if other internal users are not trained or informed on using a recognised naming convention.
> 
> I use Hudu constantly every single day; it is the first LOB application I open in the morning and the last I close. Accessing information stored in Hudu is critical to the completion of every single help desk job I see to and is the foundation of our business.
