## Reviews

### "Outlook review" — 4.0/5

> **Aaron** | *29 July 2026* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: outlook had offer a simple way to arrange all your email, with productivityh set up such as rules easy to configure intuitevely for most users.
saving time
>
> **Cons**: The bad thing is that I think most users started with Outlook a long time ago.2 3There have been changes in recent years with the new Outlook desktop version, and it is different no matter what they say.4 5The problem with it is that it did not actually export the font type and size that I had already configured in the old Outlook desktop version, so I don't like that.
>
> Something in line with my previous comment about the new versions.

At least for old users like me, we have already accumulated many macros throughout the years that were part of our work.

Exporting those to the new scripts is kind of easy, of course, with the use of Copilot, but that is something that has kept me using the old Outlook desktop application.

For me, I really do not know what I am gaining by switching to the new Outlook.

Is it just a better look, or is there actually more functionality? That is the problem and the question that is not clear to me: that the new Outlook actually offers improvements.

### "Reliable Email Platform That Just Works" — 5.0/5

> **Jonathan** | *16 July 2026* | Insurance | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is how reliable and easy it is to manage all of my email, calendar, and contacts in one place. It keeps everything organized, syncs seamlessly across my devices, and integrates really well with the rest of the Microsoft 365 apps. The spam filtering is also excellent, and features like shared calendars and meeting scheduling make collaborating with coworkers much easier.
>
> **Cons**: There really isn't much to dislike. Occasionally the desktop app can feel a little slow after major updates, and some of the advanced settings can be difficult to find if you're not a frequent user. Other than that, it's been a dependable email platform that has worked well for me.
>
> Overall, my experience with Microsoft Outlook has been extremely positive. I've used it daily for both business and personal communication, and it's consistently been reliable and easy to use. The combination of email, calendar, contacts, and task management in one application helps keep everything organized, and the seamless syncing across devices means I can stay productive wherever I am. It's one of those tools that just works, which is why I'd highly recommend it.

> **Tim** | *19 June 2026* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It’s integration with multiple external programmes makes it ideal for all client contact and for using AI
>
> **Cons**: Having different settings and styles across different folder in your inbox is frustrating. Always having the switch on the preview pane.

### "Reliable mailing platform" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *23 July 2026* | Consumer Goods | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Microsoft Outlook is easy to use once we learn about the layout of this software. It also includes features like uh search bar calendars and also the folders which it more user friendly. It also provides access and connectivity within the web browsers add phone to laptop or laptop to the phone. It also works well with filtering the spam emails or messages. Through this we can also merge our Microsoft Teams account with that integration it allows us to share calendars or meeting schedules and makes it easy maintain and share information across the network.
>
> **Cons**: Although the free version of Microsoft Outlook works well but talking about the premium version or the paid version It feels bit expensive according to the features it provide. Also I personally feel that customer support of Microsoft Outlook is a bit slow when it comes to assistance. And even I noticed some umm glitches and bugs after some particular updates like slowing down of the software and freezing search bar.
>
> I've used Microsoft Outlook for my work purposes and I have found it as a reliable mailing software as the interface is user friendly as well as It provides the feature of synced in calendars, contacts etc. Which helps me managing my daily tasks

### "Traditional email box with newer AI-powered" — 5.0/5

> **Edwin** | *29 July 2026* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is how it combines traditional email features with newer AI-powered tools that make daily communication easier. The integration with Microsoft 365 Copilot helps with tasks like summarizing long email threads, drafting replies, and finding important information faster. The smart suggestions and search improvements are useful when managing a large inbox. Outlook also works well with calendars, meetings, Teams, and other Microsoft services, which makes it convenient for both personal and work use. The spam filtering is reliable and does a good job separating unwanted messages from important emails. I also like the collaboration features, such as sharing calendars, scheduling meetings, and working with teams directly from the same platform. The Windows app feels familiar and professional, and the overall experience is smooth for users already using Microsoft products.
>
> **Cons**: The biggest issue with Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel heavy, especially when handling a large mailbox with many emails, attachments, and connected accounts. The application has improved over time, but occasional bugs, slow loading, or syncing issues can still happen. Some advanced features, including certain AI capabilities, may require additional Microsoft 365 subscriptions, which can make the overall cost higher for some users. The interface has many options, and new users may need time to learn where everything is located. While the spam filtering works well most of the time, some unwanted emails can still get through, and occasionally important messages may be incorrectly filtered. Customer support quality can also depend on the type of subscription you have, with business users generally receiving better support options than individual users.
>
> My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. It is a dependable email and productivity tool that works especially well for people already using the Microsoft ecosystem. Features like calendar integration, meeting scheduling, Teams connectivity, and AI assistance make managing daily communication much easier. The newer AI features are a useful addition because they help reduce time spent reading long conversations, organizing information, and writing emails. Outlook is also strong for team collaboration because it connects email, calendars, contacts, and workplace tools in one place. There are still areas that could improve, such as reducing bugs, making the application lighter, and providing more affordable access to premium features. However, for business users and anyone who needs a professional email platform, Outlook remains one of the most complete solutions available.
