Happy Storage Customer!
The customer service has been fantastic! They always return my calls, solve any issues, and take the time to explain how to use the software. I would definitely recommend DeepRent to any small storage company!
Pros
The transition from our old software was pretty smooth. The software itself is easy to use. It makes managing daily and monthly transactions a breeze.
Cons
It would be nice to add photos to a customer page, but this is just a small thing!

Personal Feel to Customer Support
Its a well designed solution that's great for remote and in-house operations, they have all the essential info our facility needs.
Pros
When I was getting set up, having a personal customer support guy to call whenever I needed them for a quick answer.
Cons
Sometimes the loading speed of the website is slow for a few minutes, but it hasn't been a big issue.

Horrible and cost us $
I could not be more dissatisfied. I was sold magic beans.
Pros
S/w rushed to market.. small time, low budget operation. Did not do the basic things like payment portal correctly. We lost 3-4 customers because of the issues.
Cons
It didn't work as advertised... they kepy apologizing and promising fixes but it should not have been launched. Obviously no QA before launch

Software is not ready
Very dissappointed.. maybe you get what you pay for... we are switching
Pros
price and what I thought their functionality was... I was particularly drawn to their offshore customer service package
Cons
The software isn't ready... really surprised they launched without testing very basic functionality. We have had more than 15+ issues with very core/basic functionality including agreement form/process, payments being applied to balances, issues with autopay and online login, etc.
Maybe someday it will be good but right now it is held together with duct tape and prayers.
