> **Pros**: The content management tool was very easy to use and super user-friendly. I always have no issue locating certain content and making corrections myself. The team also constantly shares new updates and features to keep us informed, trying to build this system better.  The support team was very responsive to my every query and request. The development team is also open to any new implementation, or third-party integration suggestion. Really glad to be working with the Reffine team\!

> **Cons**: There were a few times that changes get reverted and there isn't a version history for us to review what happens. But don't worry the support team is always very quick to respond to such issues.
