MICROSOFT POWER POINT AT A GLANCE
My overall experience is quite good I was a beginner and it was easy for me to grasp the steps and processes in doing a presentation. Reasons being the tools they have are so organized they allow for quick access to functions. I believe Microsoft Power Point caters to a variety of needs and is useful in a number of sectors/ organization
Pros
I like power point mostly because its moderately easy to use once you get the hang of it. Its user friendly very interactive during use .whilst using Microsoft Power Point you are able to integrate graphic images, power point also interact well with the use of other Apps. It is versatile to use as we are able to include audio and animation making the software more engaging. The tools available for use in Microsoft Power Point also helps in making your presentation organized.
Cons
what I did not like about Microsoft Power Point is that it does not allow for originality if used too much .There is also the possibility of formatting issues .In my opinion Microsoft Power Point designs are very limited.

* Perfect for creating mood boards for new concepts
* Excellent for documenting my design process
* Fabulous for presenting price points and material options to the team -
*Templated designed PowerPoint pages save my time to think about each page's design

I can create stunning presentation with it easily.
PowerPoint has allowed me to communicate ideas in an effective way, engage my audience, and deliver meaningful presentations. I can deliver my presentation in an interactive way in a classroom or a boardroom or virtually, but in PowerPoint I can use the tools and features that can deliver my message clear and memorable.
Pros
For years, PowerPoint has been my go-to presentation software. I like the flexibility of everything from simple slideshows to lively presentations, with animations, transitions and media elements. Presenter view including notes and timers allow me to keep organized and present confidently.
Cons
The layouts available in PowerPoint are quite vast, but it can be difficult to make boat-shaking visuals if you don't have a background in presentation design.

Sometimes Not Compatible
Overall I have used Microsoft PowerPoint on my occasions to create stunning presentations but since the files are not always compatible with the computers on which I present, I started using Google Slides instead. Since Google Slides is cloud-based I do not have the compatibility problem.
Pros
I love using Microsoft PowerPoint to create custom presentations. You can easily import photos, videos, and more. It also offers great transitions and slides.
Cons
Sometimes I will export a presentation but then if the computer I am presenting on doesn't have PowerPoint, I cannot open my presentation since it is not cloud based.

De Facto Tool for Presentations
I use PowerPoint to share ideas with my colleagues for upcoming projects. It's just very solid, easy to use and intuitive. Everything works as expected and I can't remember the last time I had any major technical issuers, crashes or etc while using PowerPoint, whether creating, or showing a presentation.
Pros
If you're just starting out with PowerPoint, and you're reasonably tech savvy, you'll have no problem figuring it out. It's easy to lean and create a really nice looking presentation.
Cons
It's from Microsoft. I'm just not a fan of that company, as a whole, but I realize this is subjective.

Power house PowerPoint!
Overall Microsoft PowerPoint was excellent to use and we find it very useful for creating engaging presentations which we can share with our clients.
Pros
Microsoft PowerPoint was amazing for putting together powerful presentations. It was user friendly and it was easily shareable with other peers through email and online integrated platforms.
Cons
I thought there was too much to choose from which made it harder for me to make a decision. There was alot of templates and options to customize your presentation but at the end you only use what you need, so it worked out great.
