Team Management Easy and Smooth
In the beginning I use to struggle a bit using it but as time passes by it improved a lot and became the perfect tool for team management.
Pros
The amount and diversity of functionalities resumed in only one app.
Cons
The account management used to be a problem but recently they improved it.

Microsoft Teams
Overall, I really like Microsoft Teams based on the ability to have instant Chat conversations as well as the ability to schedule meetings without major restrictions.
Pros
I like the ability to schedule meetings and send out links either via a meeting planner or create my own email and include the link. I like that we can hold meetings without time restraints. I also like the Chat feature to stay in instant contact with others.
Cons
I do not have any Cons at the moment. Initially, I would have stated a Con as having difficulty in starting meetings because I would "lose" the link. However, after realizing that I could click on the calendar icon and join the meeting from the scheduled meeting, I was good. I guess this was more so user error than an actual issue with Teams (lol).

Brings teams together but misses out on high potential
While it enables and encourages collaboration with team members and has brilliant call functionality, it misses out on it's large potential due to being a bit too difficult to use
Pros
The functionality of calls is brilliant, bringing project teams together and encouraging collaboration. The integration with other Microsoft software like Outlook is also really helpful
Cons
The User Interface lets it down, as it looks quite clunky and hurts to looks at for too long, compared to Slack for example which is much more pleasing to the eye. Not being easily able to join multiple workspaces is also a hindrance

Teams makes collaboration easier
Overall I have had a great experience with Microsoft teams. The ability to hold high quality video calls and interactive presentations is better than other equivalent platforms. However the integration with programmes such as PowerPoint could be improved.
Pros
The ability to communicate with colleagues and collaborate with clients using the powerful conference call feature.
Cons
Sometimes the communication with other Microsoft apps is not best optimised.

Seamless Work Communication
Teams is an integral part of my daily work. I use it to collaborate with my team on time sensitive matters when emails may otherwise be lost in the shuffle.
Pros
Teams makes it simply to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues in real time. Project-based chat conversations allow for us to remain in constant communication. Switching between chat and voice and video calls is also an integral part of our consultative work.
Cons
The only downside I've experienced with Teams is trouble connecting on calls across different Teams instances or when using a VPN. However, these issues have been minimal and have not affected my overall opinion.

An Amazing Software To Allow Remote Integration Of Users
Pros
Teams allowed our users to interact in a way not possible before, which was integral at the start of the Pandemic.
We went from users having little to no access to other users and the environment outside of work, to a full blown remote workplace.
Without Teams, we never could have completed this as fast and seamlessly. It was an integral part of the ongoing transition, even with more people back in the office more regularly.
Cons
Issues with some of the versions caused confusion amongst users.
Sometimes crashes or freezing depending on the machine.

Ms. Teams as a new communication tool.
Microsoft Teams is very useful in terms of for meeting, keeping file and recordings, also for the calls.

Cons
I have two versions in my laptop, one said the latest one, but I don't know why both old and new versions popped up at the same time when my laptop is turned on.

Ms Teams review
Pros
Microsoft Teams helps me as a PhD student, especially during the COVID-19 time, as it facilitated virtual meetings and discussions. The calendar management ensured efficient use of time and helped me share and access essential documents and data while keeping track of my research tasks.
Cons
The interface can be cluttered and overwhelming at times, and performance can slow down with larger or more complex data. Also, notifications can sometimes be excessive and distracting, and third-party integrations occasionally have compatibility issues.

Pros
I like the quality of video conferencing, the ability to share the screen, transcribe feature, and the ability to connect with your team in an easy and efficient manner
Cons
I sometimes have issues when sharing my screen or connecting to our boardroom tv. The teams meeting will sometimes freeze and will need to be disconnected.

Microsoft Teams For Schools
Pros
I like Microsoft Teams for the collaborative environments created using the platform. It is a helpful way to keep our organization’s communication consistent. We are able to share resources all in one place. For our students, it is a great space to create and grade assignments, practice digital literacy, and a one-stop-shop for resources and links.
Cons
I, personally, like the “friendliness” of Google Classroom over teams for using with my younger elementary students. If there was a way to adapt the overall environment to be more child-friendly, I would be more inclined to using it with my younger students. However, with adults, it has been an extremely helpful resource to use.

Teams: connecting y’all
We extensively use teams for classes and meetings. Overall, it takes time to familiarize but once you know, you’ll like it.
Pros
Very intuitive, easy to share screen, adding and accepting participants are easy
Cons
After opening the meeting, I can’t see my chat groups so easily. That means if I click teams icon from the menu, it continuously show me the meeting but not the teams app itself. I felt that made me confused all the time.
Another part, screen sharing in 2 display monitors. We have to make sure what screen we are sharing. Instead, it would be nicer if to have pop messages like you are sharing screen 1 or screen 2 or you are screen sharing.
Also, opening teams app takes long time.

Great Message Center!
My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been great. I like that I can easily contact coworkers quickly while also helping students when they have questions outside of class.
Pros
Microsoft Teams is a great tool for teachers and staff. At my school, we use Teams to communicate with other teachers. I like that you can have Teams automatically open when you sign into your computer. This helps incase you forgot to turn it on. I use it all the time to ask other teachers questions or to contact the front office. It will give you a notification popup whenever you receive a message. During Covid, our school used Microsoft Teams for virtual classes. It was very easy to set up my classes and have my students logged in. My web camera was easily connected so students could view the whiteboard.
Cons
One con about Microsoft Teams is there seem to be a couple of different versions of Teams. When I sign into my PC, once in a while it will sign into the wrong account so I won't see messages sent to me. I have to physically go into teams, sign out, and sign back into the right account. I have not figured out how to fix this yet.

Daily Teams user
MS Teams is an integral part of our company's daily operations.
Pros
Our company uses MS Teams for much of our collaborative work. It syncs well with Outlook, SharePoint, and Planner allowing us schedule meetings, share work, manage projects, and store files. The screen share function is particularly usuell in combination with Planner and SharePoint.
Cons
The interface for files copy/move is cumbersome. It suggests recent of favorite locations but does not provide a means to look up a location that is not suggested. A simple file explorer like navigation would easily resolve this.

Essential tool for work
Microsoft Teams is one of the essential tools for my day-to-day job, thanks to its deep collaboration features, ease of use, multi-platform usage, and integration with Office 365, which makes editing and sharing files a breeze. Absolutely a killer!
Pros
It is well integrated in the Office 365 Suite and available on every platform, and has amazing collaboration features for both small and large teams.
Cons
A few bugs here and there, and the interface is not always easy to navigate. It's not difficult by any means, but some design choices are questionable, in my opinion.

Teams - Crucial to day-to-day comms
I use Teams on a daily basis and it is crucial for team communications, events co-ordinations and file sharing.
Pros
It functions well and is an essential day to day tool.
Cons
I feel like the applications in it can be a bit rigid, but I do see improvements with updates. The issue that I find most challenging is the correlation between Teams and Outlook diary. I feel that they don't always match up and depending on settings, certain meetings can only be added on one platform and not the other.

Pros
Easy to.communicate with the team in audio and video calls,
Also for desktop applications we can login into multiple accounts
Screen sharing also one of the best I have seen
