A well-rounded solution for all the business needs of a company
Microsoft 365 is the most universal business solution both for SMEs and big corporations as it removes the burden for the IT needs of the organisation.
Pros
The seamless integration across all business platforms: email - calendar - document editing/handling - cloud storage.
Cons
The not-so-seamless integration on Apple devices.

Solid, but losing its competitive advantage
My overall relationship with Microsoft 365 is one of necessity rather than choice - Excel and Word are still so widely used that it's hard to avoid having these programs. And, with all that said, I do find Microsoft 365 to be very reliable software.
Pros
This package includes the programs we have all grown up using (well, at least those of my generation!) like Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
Cons
I find Microsoft 365 clunky to use and expensive for what you get - there are so many great alternatives these days, such as Google, with software that does everything you need at a fraction of the price, and without the need to have programs downloaded on your computer (cloud-based).

Solid Suite with Room for Improvement on macOS
Overall, while I appreciate the Microsoft Ecosystem for its familiarity and consistency, the integration issues and limited features on macOS have made it challenging to use effectively. The browser interface often provides a more seamless experience than the desktop apps, but I hope future updates will address these discrepancies and enhance the overall functionality for Mac users.
Pros
The Microsoft Ecosystem has been in my life since Windows XP. I love that the main office suite of apps have remained consistent throughout all of these years, with incremental and easy to adapt changes made with each iteration.
Cons
The easiest way for me to collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and in Outlook has been to use the browser interface, which has been surprisingly great, despite its limited features. There are discrepancies between the features available in the browser version versus the Outlook app; for instance, there is no “duplicate” feature for calendar events in the app, but the option is available in the browser. I know there are some features in the Word and Excel app for Windows that are not available for macOS as well (including in the browser version of Microsoft 365).
I know there are some features in the Word and Excel app for WIndows that are not available for macOS as well (this includes the browser version of Microsoft 365). It would be really nice to be able to use Python in Excel on MacOS.
Integrating Microsoft 365 with plug-ins and extensions can be cumbersome. For example, while apps like Carepatron allow for some integration (only the Calendar is available in the app, whereas Google Calendar, Gmail, and Zoom — not Teams — can be connected), other tools like Notion (where the Notion Calendar syncs with Google Calendar but not with Outlook) highlight the limitations of Microsoft 365’s compatibility and ease of use.

Microsoft 365 is a great productivity solution
Generally my experience has been very good, both as a user and as a service provider deploying the solution for end users.
Pros

Cons

Microsoft 365: workflow excellence
Indeed, Microsoft 365 has offered reliable and efficient results for our needs of creating the email templates. It is great to have integral available built-in integration with other Microsoft tools, while security measures make it a must-have for our communication. Having the possibility of keeping brand identity intact on all the templates while enabling the customization process to be very fast has boosted the efficiency of the employees.
Pros
From workflow integration to business and productivity suites, using Microsoft is absolutely seamless. Real-time selves of many services and the common access to cloud-based mail templates facilitate the work of the team on the email designs. The use of design advice by artificial intelligence, as well as the brand kit feature, helps make all communications uniform and employs less time in designing.
Cons
The email template designer can make use of better, more modern, and even fully responsive designs. The most problematic issue with using email templates is the absence of A/B testing options that are embedded directly into email clients.

Good quality software but Google has similar for free
Microsoft 365 apps are very easy to use but paying $109 per year for one account or $139 per year for a family account did not seem worth it for us. I use Google instead. I'm not using complex Excel formulas so Google Sheets work well for me. I can also live without Teams as Google has a messaging function and using Google Meet works well and for free.
Pros
I use Microsoft 365 at work and for personal use. I'm always using Excel, Word, Teams or OneNote and I'll be a champion of Microsoft 365 anytime because I'm not paying for this privilege. My employer is. Although I do prefer Google apps as you'll never lose your work. It's all being saved to Google Drive. We don't have OneDrive at work or SharePoint which may make saving your work easier.
Cons
I find the cost of Microsoft 365 Personal to not be value for money. I've cancelled my subscription and instead use Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive for my personal word processing and budgeting needs. With Drive, I have an amount of free space with my account, which I have not exceeded. I have 365 on my work laptop so if I need Word I'll use it on that device. Depending on your requirements, 365 might be worth purchasing but for me it hasn't been. 365 was also very confused when I'm signing in with one account (work vs school account), which led to Forms not working, but this issue seems to be working.

A Valuable Tool
I first came across it when my uni provided it to their students. I didn't fully appreciate it though until I joined my current workplace where we use it exclusively.
I primarily use Teams, Excel and Word.
Pros
The ability to sync and access files across devices.
Obviously the individual programs are fantastic. I use Excel and Word almost daily and can't imagine using a different option.
Cons
To be honest I haven't actually found anything that I actively didn't like yet.

365 is a prebuilt easy to use home page for casual users.
MS 365 provides inexperienced users an easy to understand home page that is pre-built to include everything you need. While we use MS SharePoint for more detailed work, I still direct users to 365 as their homebase.
Pros
365 provides a prebuilt landing page for all Microsoft users. While we primarily use SharePoint pages that have been customized per department, 365 provides each individual users with an easy to navigate home page.
Cons
While it provides great content, it is not very customizable. We make use of SharePoint to provide our staff with better suited working environments.

Microsoft 365 User Review
Pros
I like that Microsoft 365 deploys a cloud-based interface that allows you to work from remote locations and have access to everything you need. Productivity and collaboration with docs, spreadsheets, vision, and projects have made my work life much easier to navigate.
Cons
To best use Microsoft 365 you must be all-in on the Microsoft bandwagon. While you can export and import various files, this user interface is best utilized in its ecosystem.

Overview of Microsoft Office the Pros and Cons
My overall experience with Microsoft has been positive. I have used this suite for years. I have no intention of changing to anything else. I would recommend this package to others.
Pros
I like that Microsoft 365 allows me the freedom to work from various devices. I believe this is the most powerful suite. I like the Outlook email as it simplifies access to multiple email addresses. Word and PowerPoint are my favorite. I use them easily and I was never trained for use either of them. I do believe the cost of Microsoft Office is reasonable for everything in the suite. I also like that there are intense security features. I love the cloud based storage and overall flexibility of Microsoft 365.
Cons
If Microsoft 365 and Google tools streamlined their processes to allow for smooth integration it would be even more valuable to me. I will be finishing my Doctorate next year. As such I have played with Teams because I will have team assignments. I do not find it to be user friendly. Although I like the flexibility of Outlook, it does not have the best notification process. The inability to install each application on it own is a bit inconvenient.

Most Convenient Collaboration and Productivity Tool
MS 365 is a one-stop shop for personal and professional collaboration and productivity with an unlimited amount of storage and not having to worry about multiple software and accounts.
Pros
I love how MS 365 has everything you need in a workspace all-in-one software. I have been using MS 365 for almost a decade and it is the only software I use for personal and professional settings.
Cons
Over time, I have learned that files can get lost in so many path folders. Another issue I have encountered is that I have to copy and paste to share a document, and I cannot just type in.

Best option on the market but could use some changes
Overall, Microsoft 365 is a great product. From our experience, it is the best option for document creation, spreadsheets, etc. We have found it very useful in our small business operations. It has more features and customization options (especially in Excel) than any alternative options. It is just awfully expensive considering the free and low cost alternatives on the market. Additionally, the desktop version is much better. If they could make the online version have the same capabilities of the desktop version, it would be better.
Pros
Despite being one of the more expensive options on the market, I'd say it's definitely the best. While there are other free/less expensive options, Microsoft 365 has more options, features, customizations, etc. that make it worth the additional cost (that is, if you need the extra features). The ability for everything to be synchronized from device to device and be online as well as on the desktop version is very helpful for business and personal use.
Cons
The desktop version is much better than the online version. The desktop version of Excel has had a known glitch that made it unusable for almost a year for some users, and they did not resolve the issue and instead pushed for the online version or a newer desktop version (that you have to pay for of course). The customer service is abysmal because they offer one of the best product options and don't really have to be good. And, the pricing to use for business purposes is costly considering you used to be able to buy a code for Microsoft Office Desktop and be able to use it for years (which you can no longer do).

Keeps everything in a good place
Good - I like to keep up to date with the latest version, and collaborate/share/pick up docs remotely, so it does the job well.
Pros
Word and Excel are the two key tools we use, but the collaboration, file storage, backup, remote doc access, etc. features are invaluable. Also knowing that you're on the latest version all the time with the monthly subscription
Cons
I stopped using email (exchange) years ago, preferring more cloud based solutions, and haven't considered switching back. Teams is OK, sometimes have to use it with certain clients, but prefer the simplicity and usability of other web conferencing tools.

Pros
