Once established it becomes the go to management tool for all maintenance issues around the complex and staff buy into it and know that they must follow up each job. > > **Cons**: Like every new system it can take a little time to get comfortable with it. Every industry is different and we find that we don't have the requirement to use all of the options available to the operator as they are so diverse and may be ideal for a more technical industry such as Pharma, Manufacturing etc. . > > Our experience has been a very positive one where we were given the training and guidance by \[sensitive content hidden\] to get to a point where all operators were comfortable with the product. When I say issue its not the system , its when I forget how to log or add an asset he walks me through same. Once these were changed it works great. Id find it hared to fault any part of the system to be fair > > At the start i found it hard to change over to this system as a lot of my carrier jobs were over the phone and email. Since we have changed over in 2012 - 2013 my work load and arranging jobs has being maid easier.
