I like the reminders for authorizations and reports. Resubmitting claims is significantly easier than other EMRs and I really like the automatic accepted/rejected/denied feature, it is a very big time saver. > > **Cons**: I do not like that you cannot customize the appointment reminder messages, although it looks like this is a pending feature. The reporting side can also take a little tweaking to get the exact data we’re looking for.
