> **Pros**: I love how easy the software is to use. The perks offered, SOAP note set up and usage, intake forms, custom email campaigns and so much more. ClinicSense has made it easy for my business to grow. The new waitlist with automatic text/email alerts sent out to clients really helps keep my schedule filled with very little effort on my part.

> **Cons**: I sometimes wish that ClinicSense was a full service stop comparable to Square inc. where they have banking, transactions, scheduling, websites, etc. it would make everything much easier since it would all be within the same company. Maybe that’s a future venture for ClinicSense. Other than that, I do wish the waitlist feature would automatically ask clients after booking if they wanted to be re-added to the waitlist after booking. Or a “would you also like to stay on the waitlist for any other bookings?”

> **Cons**: I don't like that when you export a client file it doesn't export the clinical notes, only the client profile.

> I love ClinicSense.  It's easy to use, I can check everything I need for day to day and for month end, from receivables to sales tax.  The new waitlist feature is quite handy, and clients love the ease of booking online.

> **Pros**: I originally signed up for Clinicsense for their covid prescreening email function. Though this is no longer needed, I still love the product. The biggest impact it has had on my business is a significant reduction in no show clients due to the reminder emails and texts it sends out. I also really appreciate the ability to book new clients anywhere I am at with the app.

> **Cons**: I am still waiting for them to add a cancelation list feature.

> Overall, Clinicsense has definitely been worth the investment. It keeps me much more  organized and the customer service is incredible if you run into any issues.

> **Pros**: I like how easy it is to use ClinicSense - for both myself and my clients on their booking end. I also like that customer support is very quick to reply to concerns, usually with a custom video demonstrating how exactly to navigate the system to answer my question. I recently started direct billing via ClinicSense and it saves a lot of time. Once I set up payment processing with Square, that was also a huge time saver and increased convenience for my clients.

> **Cons**: Sometimes ClinicSense make changes to things (i.e. revenue reports) that creates more work me, not less. I'm all for evolving and new offerings, but it's important to not fix what isn't broken, and trust that things are working great.

> I can't imagine going back to paper charts and I prefer ClinicSense to the other two booking/charting systems that I have used in clinics in the past.

> **Pros**: The platform is incredibly user friendly- for both the business owner getting everything set up and for the client while booking appointments online. Also, everytime I had a question the company responded right away with tutorial videos.

> **Cons**: I wouldn’t mind if there was a way to receive a text notification when a client books an appointment online.

> It has made starting a small business so much easier- from being able to accept credit card payments, to reminders being automatically sent to the clients, to keeping SOAP notes organized. I love having everything on one platform.
