> **Pros**: Virtually everything about the Yoti checks integration is really smooth and quick. From the set up, to creation of emails, to the initiation, right up to the checking and approving.The user experience for everyone involved is excellent.

> **Cons**: There hasnt been given much consideration to what happens if/when a check is rejected once it lands inside Jobtrain, as you cannot initiate another one, so that seems to be its biggest flaw.
