Great! We had quite a few matches and were able to hire what we needed from the applicants available.
Pros
I loved the interaction from the company. [sensitive content hidden] was there anytime I had a question. His team walked me through setting up my account, made suggestions to get better candidate feedback, and gave me all the information I needed to navigate the website. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!
Cons
I wish new candidates' info would be emailed to me. Not sure if I missed that in the set up or if it's not available.

Work Wolf Rocks!
The Account Rep is amazing and always available for questions. They had good training and follow-up.
Pros
Good amount of qualified resumes to view. Worth the monthly cost.
Cons
The flipping back and forth from the main page. I wish they had a feature to alert you when new candidates come in.

Amazing system with a very easy flow

Innovative approach to hiring!
Pros
The Smart Resume Screening feature was very helpful when it came to saving time going through resumes. Being able to see which candidates would be the best fit for a position immediately, was beyond helpful as it takes away from having to go through hundreds of resumes manually.
I appreciated the amount of time the team put into making sure we understood the platform and were getting the best use out of it. It was helpful to be able to reach out often and connect to learn more and ask any questions I had.
Cons
There is not a lot about the platform I didn't like, I think it is up to preference of how your company operates and which tools would be best suited for your recruitment strategies.

Workwolf works
The platform has been a game changer for our sourcing and hiring process, the AI features work well. We input what we're looking for and the tool takes hundreds of candidates and shows us which 10 to focus on that would be an ideal fit from a personality and resume stand point.
Pros
- Eliminates the majority of the manual tasks and heavy lifting of resume screening, saving several days a month, no brainer in terms of ROI/value
- Ability to find the right personality fit based on my own data/criteria
- Fraction of the cost of a recruiter
Cons
- No notable cons at this point, your role still needs to be attractive enough to get candidates
