How the service works

You send us a requisition. We source and screen applicants, verify their credentials against the issuing source, and assess them against a benchmark built from the people already performing well in that role. You receive a shortlist with the reasoning attached: resume fit, verified credentials and a performance profile for every candidate.

Where it matters most

Front line hiring at 40 roles a month is a different problem from 5 hires a year. Standards that hold when one person applies them drift when 12 managers apply them under deadline pressure. Because the process runs outside your team, a short staffed location does not change whether verification happens or whether interviewed candidates hear back.
