> **Pros**: They allow our hiring managers to really own the hiring process with ease. The chattrbot really takes out the grunt work of sourcing to find the best candidate. The customer support is top tier. I always get a friendly and timely response to any issues. I love that they are open to feedback on things to adjust and/or incorporate to make things more user friendly.

> **Cons**: While the Chattrbot helps find the most qualified candidate it does cause application fatigue which leaves us with a handful of unfinished applications.
> 
> Overall we enjoy Chattr. There are always going to be growing pains with any new platfrom but Chattr does a great job at navigating those challenges with us.

> **Pros**: It’s easy to see upcoming interviews so you can plan around them and you’re given an option to reschedule if necessary. I can easily see some back ground info and experience candidates have answered to the Chattr ai program. The ai program is really intuitive, so it gets relevant answers.

> **Cons**: In the beginning it didn’t load all the “upcoming” and “scheduled” interviews immediately but this seems to have been fixed, and I have not had any other issues.
> 
> I’m impressed overall, it’s my first time using an online agent. I have had more applicants since using, and definitely receive better information from the applicants prior to the interview. I’m better prepared to meet them and am able to make quicker hiring decisions
